“Great experience here with Jose. I had recently opened a new business and an account with Bank of America, who held my funds for 3 weeks before releasing them. Then, they had to resend me a debit card. I finally had enough and went to this branch of PNC where Jose took my on quick notice in his schedule and made an account. He got me completely set up with online banking, customer processing, and a physical debit card in under an hour.
