“I went to get a passport and Alex was super amazing. I was done in less than five minutes. I have been to two post offices, Allentown post office and Whitehall post office and they both get zero stars from me because of the lack of management and their customer service. They don’t even try to be nice to explain their lack of services, just a rude “I cannot do it!”. Thank you again Alex!”

“The best post office in the area! Super friendly employees who are helpful and knowledgable in all things mail related. They have a nice selection of cards and gift cards too, for your last minute gift needs too! If this isn't your closest post office, it's worth a little extra drive time!”

“I have been getting my mail here for almost 20 years, best little post office around. Everybody who has worked here has been very friendly. Hours are somewhat limited (12:30-4:30 weekdays and Saturday morning 8-12) so you have to time it just right”

“Fast and friendly. I usually don't have to wait too long to get service. The people here are always knowledgeable and in a good mood. The same cannot be said for all post offices. Always appears clean and sanitary.”

“Hellertown Post Office rocks. Courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. Staff are professional, in a good mood, ready with a smile or two and a chuckle. They are willing to answer questions and assist in anyway. Our ex carrier would go the extra mile for a customer. Miss living in Hellertown.”

“The worker Shelia there is the most pleasant upbeat person! I wish every place I went to had a person like her working. I purposely will go out of my way and only ever go to this post office once I went there for the 1st time and had a wonderful customer experience. I agree with the other reviews it does make it feel like that hometown post office feel because of her:) they should give her a raise, because she certainly deserves it. She’s the face for that post office and it’s a very blessed happy one.”

“With every interaction I've had with the post office and my mail carrier, it has been very positive. I've had packages that have gotten misplaced, and the office has always called and have taken care to make sure that I get it. Great experiences with my local post office”

“Went here for passport photos and she did a great job taking those who had appointments and while also communicating with those that didn't that they would have to wait, but will get taken cared of.”

“Most amazing small town post office ever, you won't find better. From the truly incredible mail lady, to the women (and man) at the post office, this small and personable office is exactly what you know and love about small towns.”

“The exterior will have a profound impact on you of it's your first time seeing it! The level of detail that went into the architecture is really inexplicable. The customer service has ALWAYS been *UNMATCHED* & really HELPFUL! I'm not sure why the building is for sale, it would make good training grounds (for USPS) or a museum...”

“I've been coming to this post office since I was 16. I'm 38 now.The service has been excellent to me for the past 20 years and I will continue to bring my business here for the next 20+ years. All the girls working have been nothing short of nice and professional to me and to all the other customers that walk in everyday on a daily basis.”

“I don't know what all the bad reviews are for. Always was in and out quickly, friendly Redner's staff. It's fine there! Only thing to beware of, is this is a Post Office "substation," so when I tried to do Fragile shipping one time, they couldn't do it. But the girl was nice.”

“A stand up post office located on an incredibly busy road with dedicated employees that get the job done & delivered! I was so fortunate, I got in the office on what could have been the last seconds of in-hand deliveries on a Saturday & the courier helped me out regardless of the impending closing time! ?”

“The office is much more mountainous then others i've had the opportunity to witness! The area is very walkable & there are nice, natural views of the area! The inside is in order with the standard USPS attention to detail.”

“This specific office is another prime example of what a united work force is capable of! That can be defined as such: limitless potential & unwavering effort regardless of the circumstances. The Mail Carrier at the front desk was friendly & attentive nothing more one could ask for. Since 1775, USPS has sent, tracked, delivered, and defined what it means to be the primary courier in a free nation! This tradition will continue for another 248 years and and some!”

“The shipper for a Kickstarter I paid for, put the wrong zip code on my package. The gentleman who answered the phone a short time ago was very helpful. The PO is busy in the mornings. Eventually he picked up when I called. Thank you, sir.FL, Whitehall, a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA 15227”

“I'm a proud former CCA & am writing this review for the same reason I write all reviews - to honor and acknowledge exceptional service.I had such a wonderful conversation with Mike (#1 Mike don't get it confused) while dropping off a mailpiece today that it validated & reinforced what a true career looks like.God Bless the USPS. If you want to send mail in Bethlehem, do it here. Bring your best self & that's what you'll see in reflection”

“We need to remember that this post office, like most, serves hundreds, if not thousands, of homes. They are short-staffed, as most businesses are, and often one person is doing the job of 3 or 4. That is not the fault of the tellers. In that I am in there a minimum of three times a week and have been for years, I have watched these people doing their best for us in the strangest and most difficult of situations. I have never heard any one of them curse, deny service or turn someone away UNLESS the office is closing - we all want to go home at closing time.We all want to be treated with respect and kindness - from the people who serve us AND from the people we serve. I applaud anyone who deals with the public for 8, 10, 12 hours a day and can still retain a smile and bubbly personality at the end of every single day.Tom, you lead the pack - it has been a blessing to have you as the caretaker of my packages.Maybe we all need to step back and remember we are human. Sometimes I just ask a normally bubbly postal employee who seems "off" if he or she is having a bad day? You know it brings a smile to his/her face? Sometimes they need human kindness and courtesy just as much as we do.Tom, Caroline, Tiffany, Usha, Brittany, Amy - hugs to you. I couldn't do your job with the same professionalism. Happy New Year!”

“The allentown post office resembles a classical post office that one would see in a movie made in the traditional 1930's. In fact, i dont mind waiting in the line because i enjoy the scenary of the post office. It is a large, amazing post office that resembles a classic traditional post office that resembles a museum replica of a post office”
