“This place has been around for a long time and keeps reinventing itself. They have a mixture of glass cases and open booths. It is the perfect size to stroll through. There are two floors, with the bottom one shared with a large rock shop which is great fun if you enjoy that sort of thing. I found a wide range in prices from not bad to you must be kidding. There is a really nice assortment of merchandise, with several of the dealers having a specialty area they focus on. Great sources for records, antique glassware and lots of vintage clothing. A local woodworker has a beautiful display of handmade cutting boards. There is something for everyone and ample parking.”
“Friend showed me this spot. I enjoyed my time here. Awesome collection of merchandise and figures, and NSFW stuff as well. Super friendly staff as well! Can't recommend it enough if you're hurting to visit an Otaku store!”

“Was told about this store by some one I know decided to stop in to check it out. Enjoyed the experience was happy to find a LGS that had older packs of MTG at reasonable price. No to mention the sheer quantity of other tcgs and games that they had would deffiently recommend stopping in if you have the chance.”
“I frequent this hobby/train store for literally everything. Nice amount of military model kits in most scales, with good paint and glue selection. They have a great rolling stock selection, with good deals if you buy a few train cars at once. Nice selection of locomotives. (My layout is HO scale so that's all I really notice.) The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with for hobbyists of any level. This is a great small hobby/train shop.”
“Staff is very friendly and personable. They will give you excellent value for your coins and old jewelry. I strongly recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking sell or buy any currency.”
“I frequent this shop a lot, highly recommended. Run by four generations of family members, wire wrapping available, and they know their stuff. Small but tons of stones, crystals, geodes, fossils, minerals, jewlery, beads to make your own crafts. Took my kids finally, staff was kind, as always, and very informative.”
“The advent of online shopping is slowly killing the small store, so to find one still in operation is such a rarity and a real blast of nostalgia for people within a certain age bracket. The owner tries to open up by 12:00 most days and having reached a venerable age serving the model enthusiasts of his community has certainly earned the right to this eccentricity. For a relatively small property there is a good stock to browse through. Being a tourist from the UK I can hardly become a regular customer, but I can at least urge any model makers in the Chadds Ford ,Pa area to pay a visit, chat with the owner for a while and buy a few items however small. One day soon we will no longer be able just go look for something interesting and talk with someone of such experience.”
“Looks like an awesome attic with lots of hidden gems, but good luck w/Dan letting you in the store. Call # on the door- you will have a pleasant + funny conversation when you try”

“trading card stores have a certain vibe to them. Usually on the smaller side, often smelling of BO from years of customers. I’ve been to the AU Yugioh regionals in Philly over the years and they’ve always been run well. Coming to AU Wilmington felt just the same. Deals table as you walk in. Singles case is priced well with a date listed from when the price was put up. Prices are fair and their selection of sleeves is standard albeit they were out of Dragon Shield Classic Whites when I came in. Top loader provided for free when you purchase cards from the singles case. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly as well. This store having no yugioh locals on weekends was a bit whack but maybe that’s just the player base ?
*Realized I reviewed another AU store-accidentally at first * as not from the area”
“This shop is AWESOME!!! Patricia Ripa-Liles Antiques in the earth wind and fire crystal section is the absolute best. She has by far the best vintage jewelry selection i’ve ever seen. Her prices are incredible, she’s an incredible person, you can’t beat it!! Be sure to go there on a weekend and check out her booth on the bottom floor!!!!! WE LOVE YOU PATRICIA ?”
