“Giving 4 star just because my work got done smoothly, but it took some time.Kind of a secluded place but work gets done. Staff looked quite introvert and had to wait for some time until someone showed up at the counter. But later felt like they are ok to help with queries and process for the first timers, just look like they are not happy with the job. Overall decent for a quick mail or money orders.”
“There is simply no other place like My Mailbox Store! They do it ALL, they accept packages, sign and hold packages, help with literally any shipping need you might have. I recently ordered 4 new phones from Verizon and had them all sent here. I didn't know this but Verizon shipped the phones in 3 shipments that required signature (2 were UPS and 1 was FedEx) and I knew they would all be handled by the team, no need to wait at home for a delivery all day. They went above and beyond to meet all my shipping needs and the team I dealt with was extremely personable and accommodating, shout out to Terry/Jeff/Ivy. I will surely be recommending and doing business with My Mailbox Store for many years to come; it is truly hard to find a business as honest as this one these days. A TRUE GEM!”

“I buy and sell sports cards. Any card I've mailed in any envelope always get to where it's going, whether it takes 5 days or sometimes 2 and a half weeks. Also any bubble mailer has gotten where it needs to as well. Shipped 115+ cards and counting right in the blue box outside, have yet to have an issue.”

“I have been going to AIM Mail Center in West Chester for the last few years and I am impressed. Joseph, the owner, is professional, courteous and gives great guidance when I don't know more than where I want to ship something. He has packed a computer and a separate very large piece of framed art like he is packing the Hope diamond. Joseph is amazingly patient. I have watched him greet people as they walk through his door and he is friendly to everyone. He knows many of them by name. He is an old-school business man and a class act. Knows his business well! This business offers many, many services like printing and passport pictures and processing as well. Highly recommend AIM Mail Center in West Chester.”

Just make sure for passport services that you come prepared with all of your documents, especially cash or a check and it’ll be a breeze. Kudos to Joe and the team!”

“Anya helped me out of a pickle. Online services and phone support had told me my print job would be done at 10am next day.i got there it wasnt done. “This is shown wrongly. It is just a drop off location for FedEx. There are no boxes or anything here to help you. If you have your package in a FedEx envelope, you'll be fine. But don't count of them having any there for you to put your stuff in.”
