“I have these awful and terrible deep scratches on my front bumper that also needed bodywork repair done—it’s just really ugly at sight. I first went to Barry Hackert Auto to get a quote, but they weren’t able to do the repairs except replacing the entire front bumper which was going to be out of my budget. Then they recommended me to Maaco for their excellent skills and was told they were able to bring it back to life and able to save my front bumper instead of replacing it. I first spoke with Ismael and he gave me a great reasonable price for the repair work that can work around my budget. I was told they would take three business days to complete but they finished it in two! :) They exceeded my expectations and I’m really really satisfied with how my front bumper looks now. They made my car look so brand new and shiny and I’m so glad I was referred to this place. Ismael was also really great at communicating and making this entire process so much easier especially with my busy work schedule. Thank you Maaco and Ismael, I couldn’t be so much more grateful and happy with your service.”
“They took care of me. I had someone vandalize my drivers side doors mainly, and my car had weather damage on the roof and hood. It looks so much better now. Joy in the front office is such a sweet heart, and Eric was the manager that helped me. My only suggestion would be to work on communication & cleaning the interior after the work is done. Butch and Robin were both very friendly and responsive, and took the time to explain not just the repair process but some of the background behind why cars like mine tend to rust in exactly that place.
The repair makes the car look as good as new and all of this came at a very reasonable price. This shop is busy and there's a really good reason for that.”
