“I started this policy so long ago I don't remember doing it. I moved away from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh in 2020, and the agency still supports me. Good thing too, because after about 3 months living here, an unlicensed driver totaled my car. Very disconcerting. The agency helped me through every step of the process and I've been driving the replacement for nearly two years, so fingers crossed (at every intersection). A quick non insurance related story: At some point the process of changing a tire changed from what I'd learned in the late 90's. Eric was happy to help when I called back in 2014, and now I know to mule-kick a tire after removing the lug-nuts. Cathy has been with me since I started the policy, so kudos to her for keeping me insured and in the loop for all the changes that have happened in my life.”

“The agent over Allstate helped me get my homeowners insurance. They were really helpful. I ran into a snag and they were really understanding and a lot of me enough time to make corrections. Once the corrections were made. They move swiftly to evaluate the corrections and I was able to keep my homeowners insurance. Everyone has been professional and polite and very helpful And the prices are really good. I give this company a two thumbs up five stars across the board and if you’re looking for homeowners insurance or car insurance or a great bundle, Allstate is definitely highly recommended for me.”
