“I can’t say enough wonderful things about State Farm, especially Matt and his team. I’ve been with them for quite a while, and after my recent accident, I was reminded why I’ll be staying with them for many years to come.
Unfortunately, the accident ended up being my fault, but at no point did anyone make me feel judged or embarrassed. Instead, they treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They walked me through every step of the claims process, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.
Matt has been absolutely amazing. Anytime I text or reach out, he responds quickly and is always friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He has a way of making you feel like more than just another client—you feel like you’re talking to a friend who truly cares.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done for me. She brought my vehicle and homeowner’s insurance down by hundreds for similar (actually slightly better) coverage than I had with my previous insurer. She is an absolute pleasure to talk to, and honestly seems like she really loves what she does and cares about you as a customer as well as a person. I really appreciate that State Farm still has local agents that you can speak with rather than having to access everything through an app or by calling an 800 number and speaking with someone at a call center who knows where.
