“Just wanted to let everyone know that I had such a positive and easy rental at Metro Self Storage. I was fortunate enough to work with awesome staff member by the name of Tara. She made everything look effortless. The rates were awesome, the space is impeccable as it is clean, well lit, easy to maneuver around and they have carts for everyone's use. They even have a dock were you can pull in. I didn't make of this little luxury but for those who might sign up and it happens to be raining - you would be golden. “We needed to rent storage for an upcoming move as well as a long term unit. We researched many facilities in the area. North Wales Metro storage was the best in so many ways. First was the extraordinary service we received from the manager Dan. He helped us with anything we asked.anytime. He was available to us both in person and by phone. The storage grounds and unit were very clean
and our movers commented on the quality of the temperature in our storage unit during a very hot summer. Security is also good. The pricing was very competitive with the promotions and all policies were clearly stated and explained by Dan. Bottom line is great hands on service and great value in a well kept secure storage facility.”

“Prices are comparable to other local storage facilities. They had a great promotional deal with a discounted rate for the 1st three months. The 1st month included some extra charges that were only due at the start of the contract. Love that it doesn't close until 10pm. My only complaint is that I haven't been able to find a dumpster or any trash receptacles. You need to hold onto your garbage and throw it away after you leave. However, I haven't seen any trash and the facilities are very clean.”
