“Just moved back to PA after living out of state for a few years and J's has made everything dealing with my car super easy. I was concerned about finding a reliable and honest mechanic in the area, but J's is definitely my go to now! When I got my oil change, they even walked me through what I had to do to get my tags and title switched and recommended a great tag shop. Their prices are fair and as someone with little to no car knowledge, it was nice that they took the time to explain things to me having to do with my car as opposed to just handing me a bill. “I had a problem with my car/key fob in the middle of the day while running errands to get ready to leave for a flight that night. I called, someone came to the shopping center I was in, and got the car started for me. I followed them back to the shop to make sure the problem was fixed for good. The same nice gentleman drove me home while they worked on my car. Not even 2 hours later, I got a call it was ready to pick up. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and I was so pleasantly suprised with the cost. As a young women, I’ve had a lot of car places try and rip me off because they think I don’t know what I’m talking about.
