“Part 1: It was Christmas Eve and I left work early because I had an emergency (a nail broke, lol). When I left the salon, my car was dead. I got on the phone trying to find someone to fix my car and also someone to tow it. My regular mechanic was willing to take it that day and give me a loner car, so I could go to my Christmas holiday with family. They recommended Dunne's towing. Dunne's had a tow truck there in less than 10 minutes! The guy was so knowledgeable and so kind it was a pleasure (almost) to have my car break down! PLEASE don't go to anyone else to get towed or your doors unlocked, etc! This is the company arrives when promised, provides expert service, and are overall a pleasure to work with! “I brought my car to DeWane’s after a coworker recommended them. I was super stressed out after another shop near Norristown failed my state inspection and claimed I needed $3,500 in repairs. I only bought this 2018 car a year ago, so a $3.5k bill was the last thing I needed.
Luckily, I had a family member who’s a mechanic double-check it, and he confirmed the other shop was just making stuff up to rip me off.
DeWane’s did my oil change and safety inspection with zero issues or fake upsells. They are honest, reliable, and the clerk at the front desk is really friendly. Huge relief finding a trustworthy shop. I'll definitely be back.”
“My daughter’s battery died and AAA sent out a service man and determined her battery was dead and showed me. She has a Ford Escape and the battery placement is ridiculous so he informed me to go to Bob’s shop to have it replaced. The shop reminds me of an old school, been thru the ringer kind of place. The mechanic came out and immediately started working on it. He was done in 15 minutes or less, I paid the bill and tried to give him a tip but he refused saying “ pay it forward”. I will definitely use them again!!!”

“This was my first time using Brian's Towing for a VW Touareg TDI Diesel SUV with frozen fuel that wouldn't start. As a German-made vehicle, they require the utmost care when being transported, not under their own power. Brian himself (the owner) arrived quickly, notifying me by text when he was on his way and upon his arrival. He has a flatbed tow truck, which is just what my vehicle needed. He loaded it carefully and even allowed me to join him in the truck for the ride to the dealership. “I was driving all week with a broken passenger side turn signal- between the rain, my work schedule and it getting dark at 5 pm, I just couldn't get it done. So finally on my day off I was in the Lansdale area and had some time to kill waiting for another business to open and decided to do a Google search of auto repair "near me" that was open on a Sat and found Randazzo's. I called and they said they could squeeze me in. I arrived and the mechanic took my keys and drove my vehicle inside- clean, nice equipment, multiple bays. In and out for $20 bucks. That $20 isn't going to make them rich, but they definitely have a new customer if I'm in that area again for repair or a vehicle inspection before buying.”
