All I do is drop off my car, and when it’s done, pay my deductible to them and pick up my car. “Hit a deer a couple months ago and my insurance said crest was in my coverage. I've had repairs done on previous vehicles (not by crest) and it took a couple weeks. They had my car ready to go in under a week! The repair job made it look like nothing ever happened. The paint matched perfect. The parts lined up perfect. And they even cleaned up the parts of the car that wasn't affected by the incident. Amazing people and service”

“Mike & Dale are the BEST!! Had a problem getting a door window for my car. One shop had my car tied up for 9 days and still could not locate a window from a salvage yard. I decided to stop in at Collision Connection and spoke to Mike about my problem. Even though Mike was busy with other things he immediately got on the phone and called 2 local salvage yards. 2 hours later the one place had a window for me. WOW that was fast. I picked up the window and delivered it to Mike. The car was finished the NEXT DAY. I am very impressed with their business ways. Mike and Dale are kind, helpful, and skilled auto body technicians. “Amsley’s is our go to collision shop and has been for nearly twenty years. I’d like to say we haven’t needed a regular collision shop, but we have been in many times? They have always gone above and beyond, precise color matches, workmanship that I feel is top notch, an art form and pride in craftsmanship. The past couple times we have needed work (not my fault!) when I spoke with the adjusters I specifically stated we would be using Amsley’s- unfortunately “totaled” means no body work but they are a non-negotiable in our house if we need the work done. Friendly service going above and beyond, they remind you of the kind of place you grew up knowing- you knew they would do it right, and it would look better than before, they will greet you with a smile and take care of the whole job- hoping you will be our go to on speed dial for another twenty ?”

The reason I give four stars is because trying to call in to Safelite and speak to someone with a question or concern about your scheduled appointment is next to impossible as the automated phone system is determined to avoid connecting you with anyone at all costs.”
“Below are the before and after. My dent was small, but the collision place I went to1st wanted over $1,000 to remove it. Not to mention, keep it for a week. The dent guy removed the dent in less than an hour and only charged a fraction of the 1st estimate. Customer service was spot on, and he was honest. He could have taken me for more but didn't. Check with him 1st, before you drop hundreds or even thousands with someone else. I'm happy I did.”
