“I like to say from the girl in the office to the crew in the shop thank you to the crew for helping me and my wife loading my Harley ultra on to the trailer since we couldn't ride it home. Thank you everyone for your help 7/16/26.”

“My son is moving to Portland - from Maryland. He'll be needing a new car as he launches into his new life.In advance of the move I started poking around on-line in the Portland area for used car dealers. I ran into Jake's. I was impressed by the consistency of good reviews so I selected a couple cars to check out and decided to pick up the phone.I spoke at first with Loren and subsequently with Jake. Jake and Loren work seamlessly with one another so if I spoke with one the other was completely up to speed. That's rare. I told them our story about my kid moving to the area and needing Good Safe Reliable wheels. They took the call seriously and got to work. After a few chats they made a recommendation that turned out to be rock solid.I had to make a financial commitment in order to lock in the deal. The only reason I was willing to make that commitment was because of the transparent way they engaged with me. Weeks later my son and I flew out to Portland and our first stop was to Jakes; for the purpose of taking a test drive. The car is perfect.Everything about our experience was exactly as they had described. No hidden nonsense. No last minute gotchas. Just a fair deal represented honestly. Our instinct was right. I took a chance that I thought that I'd be able to trust these guys and they did not let us down.I would recommend Jake's to anyone who needs solid transportation for a fair price. Hands down the best purchase experience I've ever had in buying new or used.”
