“I was pulling into a parking lot and my truck shifted to neutral on it's own , and when I tried to shift it back into drive or reverse , it stayed in neutral and told me that conditions wasn't right for what I was trying to do. The only gear the transmission would go into was park. So I turned the engine off , and restarted it and everything was fine to allow me to shift it into drive to continue on . I called Megan my Service Advisor at Jennings and she set me up with an appointment to get it checked and documented . I dropped off my truck in the morning and Megan called me shortly after my appointment time to let me know that there wasn't any codes in the computer , and no bulletins out on the problem occurring for somebody else , and she had spoken with the mechanics to find out if they had ever encountered the problem before , to no avail. But at least it's documented that the problem had occurred with my truck . I'm Very Happy with my Service Advisor , Megan.”

“Clarence went above and beyond for me when my car broke down on 81 a few weeks ago. Turns out it needs a whole new engine (thankfully covered by warranty!). Not only did he diagnose the correct problem with my car (after another local shop couldn't!), he then called the local dealership several times on my behalf because it was around the holidays and they were extremely busy. He then drove my car to the dealership and dropped it off. Gave them my info, etc. My car is now in the process of being fixed. Clarence charged me a VERY reasonable rate for the amount of work he did for me. I live an hour away and this would've been a big hassle to do on my own. He kept in touch throughout the process too. I appreciate his hard work!”

“I was rear ended and when I asked coworkers who to go to for repairs Jennings was the first recommendation. After getting my truck back, if you didn't know it had been hit you could not tell. The paint is an amazing match & the gaps between the body parts are so even that they look it came from the factory.
Now lets talk about Angie at the front desk, she is very friendly and helpful. Even if she is getting pulled 50 different directions; when she is talking with you, you are her only focus.
I would highly recommend Jennings to everyone I know, they have set a pretty high bar for any other body shop to match or try to do better.”

“We were looking "hard" for a new pickup truck. My husband looked on chevrolet.com and gmc.com practically every day trying to find the vehicle that would best suit our needs. We did find one, however, it was "in transit", and it appeared it would stay that way for a long time. Finally, we found what we were looking for at Jennings Chevrolet Buick GMC of Chambersburg, PA., some 300 miles from our home. From start to finish - this was the easiest vehicle transaction that we have ever experienced. Lori Kemp, Bruce Walls, Justin Diehl and Ed Lapinski all made us feel valued. We drove up to Chambersburg and on the morning of Halloween 2022, we completed the transaction. We are experienced car buyers and were ready for possible table negotiations with F&I. Since we informed them on the phone that we were only prepared to pay a certain amount, we were a little surprised that no extra added expenses were offered. They agreed to what we would pay, and we left there feeling like we got a decent deal. Enclosed is a photo taken from the hotel parking lot on the morning we picked up the Silverado. We took it as a positive omen that the rainbow was casting its glory on the dealership.”
