Amy helped me find the perfect upgrade for me and set it up with no problems. Was even willing to help me get rid of my old phone so I wouldn’t have to deal with all that hassle. Great service, and even though there is a different cricket store closer to me, I will be returning to this one in the future for their great customer service.

The staff was wonderful I broke my phone and they worked with me to get a new one also they were able to set us up with a phone for my granddaughter they look at the customer not what the sale would be was told if ever when in and had a problem with them trying to sell us a top dollar phone to contact the manager the girl that treated us that way is not there any more Thank you to everyone yesterday

Chambersburg Cricket is amazing. I came in with a charging issue, and instead of trying to sell me a new phone, they offered me a new heavy duty charging cord. Just bought a liquid glass screen saver and it's like I got a new phoneThanks Chambersburg Cricket for serving the community so well.
