I called 2 furniture stores decided to go to colony house first not knowing they had two stores my GPS took me to colony house 2. I walked in the salesman (Colten Beck Sprow)was not aggressive he was personable, kind made one want to buy. I told him nothing by Ashley, he pointed out all reclining couches that were not Ashley. He went into detail about the couches warranties and though there were two customers he managed us both nicely and with ease. I particularly liked one couch but decided to look at there other store. The salesman encouraged me to check out the other store, he wrote all the info on the couch I liked on his card.
I walked in the colony house store a salesman said can I help you? I said yes I’m looking for a reclining couch but nothing by Ashley. He said they’re are a few in this first room and then in the clear back room. He never once offered to show me. Not one salesman approached me. I walked around a few minutes walked to the front of the store, the same gentleman ask if I needed help, I said no thank you and left. The store did not seem to be busy it was around 11:20am. I spoke to my husband. I was going to go else where but I really liked the couch and the gentleman was so nice. I went back to colony house 2. Colten was so kind, took time to help me. Was not pushy. I ended up buying not just a couch but two recliners. I highly recommend colony house 2 salesman Colton.”
