“I used the Peak Potential program for weight loss. While I didn't lose a lot of weight, I liked the tracking tool that was provided. It really helps to have someone else looking at your diet and encouraging you to make the changes you already know you should make. Also, my supplements were reviewed. Some better options were available that I appreciated.”

“When you’re a terrified parent facing your child needing a serious and painful surgery, and you’re told that over-the-counter meds should be “enough,” the fear is overwhelming. I highly suggest calling a trusted pharmacy.

I explained what was happening with our son, including that he is autistic and has sensory processing challenges, which can make pain unpredictable and much harder for him to communicate or tolerate. While they couldn’t give 100% guarantees, they took the time to educate us. They explained that when surgery involves bone—as we feared—it is often the most painful period of recovery. They also reminded us that kids are incredibly resilient, which helped bring a small sense of comfort in a very dark moment.

Because of that conversation, we felt empowered to advocate harder for our child. We are now driving our son three hours to a surgeon who will appropriately manage his pain, taking into account not just the procedure, but who he is as a child.

What meant the most was that they didn’t just educate us—they prayed for us. As a terrified mother, that level of compassion is rare, and it meant more than I can put into words. I wish I knew the pharmacist’s name, but they will forever be in my prayers.

We will always go out of our way to use this pharmacy. They truly care about families and their well-being, and that kind of care makes all the difference when you’re facing the unthinkable.”

“One of my favorite places to shop! Pharmacists are super helpful, as is the rest of the staff. They will explain my prescriptions anytime I ask. They have beautiful gift items, some specifically representing Chambersburg.”

“Wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Rich in the bakery. I went in looking for a specialty cake to have made. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for, Rich took his time and we talked about options, He made the cake look exactly like what I wanted. Rich is very friendly, personal, patient and knowledgeable! Thank you again!”

“I had a great experience yesterday at keystone. I had a big issue with my insurance and needed my meds asap. They went out of their way to help me, and I got my meds without a big financial hardship. I am so grateful to them for the help. Plus they did this on a extremely busy day for them. It is refreshing to know there are still places of business loyal to their customers.”

“I love these guys. They know me by name, they explain things, and they always keep my medications on hand. It's a little out of the way for me, but I'd rather give my business to a team that seems to care about me than to a closer pharmacy that doesn't. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I had no idea that CVS has pharmacies inside the Target Stores! Interestingly enough, I do not like CVS Pharmacy at Wayne Avenue (and I think there's another location in Chambersburg). But I have mostly been very pleased with this pharmacy, and with the exception of one prescription, I now have all our prescriptions here.

I shop Target regularly for non-perishable groceries, personal care and health care products. It's convenient for me, I can shop and pick up my Starbucks while they get my order ready. I've found everyone to be friendly and helpful here, and there usually isn't a long line like you experience at Walmart.

My insurance information stays in their computer system so I don't have to present my information every single time I'm there (i.e. Walmart). I love that they automatically refill my refillable scripts and leave an automated phone message for me to pick up.

I still use Norland Pharmacy for a compound script that I use, and another script because (this is my only complaint and reason for 4 versus 5 stars) they are ALWAYS out of it and it takes days for it to come in (an opioid). It's just easier to get it at Norland. Otherwise, I highly recommend CVS in Target - no added stop necessary and it's an all in one trip for me!”

“The staff at CVS Wayne Avenue has been going though new staffing issues. I feel as if they have been doing an exceptional job under the circumstances.

I’m sorry I don’t know her name, but the lady pharmacist that had replaced the last pharmacist is an absolute joy. She will bend over backwards to help you.

Some of the staff are in fact, new due to the shortage and some have remained.

As far as I’m concerned, I appreciate every single one of you for not just doing your best, but for doing what you do on a daily basis for your customers.
We/I greatly appreciate you all,
B.Henry”

“Packed to the gills all day but I usually find what I need here. Many walmarts online will say they have it but when u get there it's never there. Does any if us leave and go where the item is,nope we just buy whatever because like me if I'm there already why go somewhere else. Other than that friendly staff and place”

“The pharmacists in there are great people. This place gets a bad rep because of what part of town it’s in. I’ve never had an issue going to this CVS. Actually they’re probably better than any of the other ones in this area. Their employees are more down to earth and will speak to you without seeming like they’re only speaking because they have to.”

“I loved shopping at CVS before we moved to Chambersburg. I had my favorite store that was very customer friendly and coupon friendly. I haven't found my CVS Mojo since moving here. This particular store isn't convenient for me, but I stopped anyway since I was on that side of town.

I give them props for having a working Rewards Scanner, so I could print my store coupons. The store was well organized and clean. CVS corporate requires these poor stores to change out hundreds of price tags every single week and they are forever moving things around - marketing geared towards the drop in customer Makes it frustrating for the hard core CVS shopper and coupon clipper.

I don't care for their pharmacy. Oddly enough, I use the CVS Pharmacy located inside Target. Their customer service is amazing!

They were well stocked and there were two check out clerks which is unusual (and nice). I may try to stop in once a week and give it a go again.”
