The 1-800 number for Xfinity customer service is painful and often, useless. Much easier to go in person to the store. At the Chambersburg location, I highly recommend working with Natasha or Bobby. Both are awesome, nice, friendly, helpful and have great customer service skills! Natasha has helped me switch to Xfinity mobile and has helped over the last few years with our cable and internet services. Both, Bobby and Natasha are always willing to help and try to accommodate my family and try to get us the best price/deals!

My partner and I set up an account, set up the appointment to get internet set up at our new place, and no one showed up. We called, received a confirmation number and were told we would get an email in 3-4 days to schedule an appointment. No email. We called AGAIN to schedule an appointment. Got another confirmation number, and were told that we’d get an email. Still no email. It has been over a month since we moved in and still no luck getting Xfinity to come out and set up our internet. The only people who actually helped were the ones who answered our phone calls.

all was well until someone make a mistake inside xfinity and reassigned our phone number to another family in long beach Nj and shut me off had nothing for hours. Then I spent 3 hours on the phone with them . They discover what happened and got a young man in Pittsburg and he hooked us up! Today I get and email bill for 99.00 and due in a week away??????????????? I was only paying around 50.00 now for hours more on the phone? Drew was great as we discussed and added tv to cable service HOWEVER trying to call the store with specific questions resulted in recorded lengthy “conversations “ with a robot- got nowhere/no questions answered……ugh!!!!!!

I’m not the type of person who leaves reviews on businesses. After multiple bad experiences at this xfinity location, leads me to this review. I cancelled services two weeks ago and went in today to discuss a bill I received yesterday. The manager Kyle was disrespectful, rude, and insensitive . He doesn’t care about the customer which was prevalent in the way he spoke down to me. When I asked Kyle to pull up my account he responded in a snotty tone “No, I cannot.” What happened to courtesy, bedside manner, and helping the customer? I was told bluntly to follow his associate. Which didn’t help in solving why I was billed. I spoke to the associate in the store about the manager Kyle, who claimed to get many complaints about the manager. Such a shame. I really like xfinity but after this experience I’m going to look for a new provider.

Recently switched cellphone providers to Xfinity, went to the store they were very busy and we had issue relasing our number (no fault of employees) they were very very patient and helped other customers while we got the information for the employee.You could tell they were busy and the employees were lacking support but they did not let that impead their customers service.

We had purchased a new phone at this store, and were assured that the phone we purchased was activated. IT WAS NOT. We were also told the old phone it replaced was unlocked. Again, IT WAS NOT! I believe the salesman's name was Josh. VERY POOR level of expertise and customer assistance.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 phone online and never received them after spending countless hours on the phone I thought I would try to come into a store where a real person could understand what was going on. Walking in there are 6 employees playing on their phones and not 1 looked up. Finally 1 asked how they could help. I explained calmly what was going on and 4 of the other employees got up and left leaving only 1 other employee to help. After explaining he told me sorry nothing I can do about it call Fed Ex. I explained again calmly I had already done that and they sent me to Xfinity. After a back and fourth for about 10 min and him looking at the other guy they both told me too bad nothing we can do. When I finally said ok I guess I will just go to Verizon so I can get a new phone (been with Xfinity 8 yrs) the guy told me " Good, How can I help you move there?", I am still being charged for 2 phones never received being told I have late bills when they have a card on file and are charging it more than double my normal bill for no reason and have email to prove they promise credits to me and never gave them, as well as spending over 60 hrs with 45-50 different employees on the phone and chat.

Got wifi for my new house online, but it didn’t arrive by the promised date, I came into the store and a nice group of guys was able to hook me up with no hassle so I can get wifi today like I needed! Will definitely be back!

Not about the store so much as the customer service #. Everytime ive gone into the store they have been great! But I can't always make it into the store so i will use they're Customer Service # if you can even call it that!The last time I did it was a nightmare! But 1st let me preface this with the fact that we moved almost a year ago and our account/service has not been right since!! Anyway when we moved I tried the "Move in a Minute" advo you see all the time! Well that was not the case here! I tried to move my cable and interweb services and thought it was taken care of! No it was not! It kicked me out of my online account re-registered my old address as well as my new address but apparently I don't have service at either locations(So after spending 2.5hrs on the phone with Customer service i canceled the cable/internet).... Then I move my wireless account.. again the same thing happens! but I still have wireless services they withdraw automatically every month(which btw I get charged late fees every month for because its so far past the end of my billing cycle, but was promised that it would not happen as long as I have that auto-draft set up). but I am still unable to access my online account, I cannot see an itemized bill, usage nothing!So then my husband goes and gets cable/internet services in his name, well no one told us that without having xfinity internet they charge you 25$ additional per line per month on your wireless account! So we find that out... So then we decide to combine our accounts into 1 (makes sense right). So i call customer service once again (I should have known better) after 4hrs and 7 reps later, we still have 2 accounts, we are now being charged MORE then before and then they tell us that they are unable to combine accounts over the phone!!Like honestly I am not one to complain or leave reviews like this but this has been an ongoing issue for almost a year now! and I'm sorry but i have been a customer for such a long time and have continued to be a customer even after all of this! But come on ya'll need to do better!!
