A bit of a wait, but the store was unusually busy that day. I recommend getting things done at the store over doing things by phone with Xfinity, the two phone techs I talked to by both phone call and app messaging were unable to get my phone working. The guy in the store, 10 minutes and everything was working. A++++

Huge shout out to Caleb for making the transition easy. I'm happier now especially with the team I scored free mobile service for a year. I've had my prone for 24hrs now and my service is immaculate. Thanks for the awesome customer service
