“Facility work perfect respectable atmosphere while waiting when I got my car back, you could not tell that it was damaged in anyway so to anyone that has a problem dent go to this facility and they will take very good care of you. I have been there quite a few times myself, and I have never been disappointed. It’s a thumbs up for me. experts on site no exactly what they’re doing the right paint the whole sculpture of not leaving a trace of a dent. This is a very good shop.”

“Absolutely phenomenal service. I called them first thing in the morning to schedule an estimate for repairs from a car accident, and within the next couple hours the estimate was complete and they began working on the repairs. I mentioned to them that I had a really tight timeframe on when I needed the car back, and they worked above and beyond to get it done very quick. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new as if it had come from the dealership. I was astonished at how personable they were, and how amazing my car was when I picked it up. Could not thank them enough for everything they have done. I would not take my vehicle anywhere but here. This shop is very honest and works hard to assist the customer in any way possible, whether it be financially, or with recommendations on repairs. Cannot recommend this place enough!”

“I have used Caliber twice to repair unsightly dings and dents to my car (one caused by someone opening their door and one caused by a tree branch that fell on my hood). Both times, they gave well explained estimates, got my car fixed on time or early, and kept me thoroughly updated along the way. On the second repair, when I asked them to also fix a door panel that had become warped (causing a panel gap) they did the entire repair as a free add on, even though I was willing to pay. Both repairs look like nothing ever happened. Basically, these guys are great. I’m very happy that they’re there for when stuff like this happens.”

We moved about 45 min away, so haven’t been back since, but after calling half a dozen auto places for my current needs (new tires), and getting runaround and attitude, I called AOK again and Tim was SO nice and upfront and quick about everything. I’m going to have to keep coming back into the city for my auto needs - they are that 1% honest mechanic you’re looking for!!”

This is a family owned customer oriented shop with excellent credentials. Don & his team are exceedingly informative & friendly.
Guldner’s was half the price of Caliber Collision (who did shoddy work on a previous vehicle). This type of repair takes a lot of time due to the nature of the work. Dons team worked to get my vehicle back to me as soon as they could. You could not tell that the truck had been damaged at all. Paint match was perfect and Don also removed a tiny ding in my door and covered a deep ugly scratch. When I picked up my truck it was shining (I left it covered in mud) inside & out. They even scrubbed my floor mats!
This is the type of old fashioned customer service that is nearly impossible to find today.
Kudos to yourself & your team Don. I could not need be happier & will never use any other shop.
Ps) They even tried to make my ill fitting tonneau cover work!)”

“Five stars across the board from when I first walked through the door. Reception as I entered was kind and welcoming , offered me coffee and got right to business. They walked me through the process. Looked at my car and gave me an estimate and how long it would take to fix it and set a date. After I dropped it off to be repaired, they staff stayed it contact with me and notifications chart I could view showing the progress up to repairs being completed. When I arrived to pick up my car, I couldn’t believe the amazing work that was done, my car looks like it was fresh off a show room floor.
