The front office secretary / manager (not sure if that’s her official title), Andy, is super knowledgeable and holds such a space of calm positivity around her and over the whole experience, which I found very valuable and refreshing amidst the fast pace and stress of life in general, esp dealing with a damaged car. My car ended up being totaled, so in the end, I did not have the work done. But everyone was so upbeat and pleasant. Great communicators. Very professional. Genuinely kind caring honest people who see / treat you as a human (not walking dollar signs) and who go the extra mile, even in my case, to make it a great experience. I’m very glad that I went with them. I highly recommend this specific Caliber Collision office / location (332 S York Rd, Hatboro).”

I knew the repair costs were going to be high, and I was paying out of pocket. Isaiah worked for days to try and find a way to get the cost lowered and still get quality parts.
