I cannot say enough good things about State Farm staffer Rohan Rindan. After dealing with frustrating discrepancies across my multiple auto policies with State Farm owner and other past staff, Rohan actually understood how positive customer service skills are important and essential to ANY Business. I was deeply disappointed with how my previous concerns were mishandled which caused more out of pocket charges for a rider I thought I had all these years, recently finding out I did not.
As someone who has never missed a single payment since opening my policies in 2019, I felt as though my business didn't matter to the owner-agent, and my past phone calls were far from pleasing. The Cell phone place opens at 11 am and it is only 10 am. I was helped by an agent named Mike. Mike set up a virtual appointment with me by email. I love this method, instead of sitting in the office.I get to sit in my own house. Mike was very professional and polite. I look forward to our Zoom meeting tomorrow. Company in North East Philly for over 8yrs. & counting. I've never had to wait any longer than 5 min. to be helped, & once I'm waited upon, the entire process always takes less than 10 min. & This is for all 3 of my vehicles. 2 trucks, & 1 car. It is a lot quicker, smother than going actually to the (Dmv) I will continue taking my business to them. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, curtious & helpfull...People keep this in mind. If you are a experience driver, you should already know how the process works by now. This isn't your 1st. Rodeo. Go in with the proper updated paperwork for each vehicle, a little extra money incase there is price increase, & You are in, & out the door in no time.
