“The best auto body shop I’ve ever been to. I had a little bumper accident and I went to a few other auto body shops and they wanted to replace the whole bumper. I went to Pejey’s and Earl explained to me that it didn’t have to be replaced, that he would be able to fix it without replacing it, and at a fraction of the cost. I’ve included before and after shots. My car looks like a brand new car. I cannot say enough good things about Earl and Mike. I’m so thankful I found them and I am very blessed that they fixed my car and well beyond my expectations!”

“I’m so impressed with Penske for a number of reasons. I rented a van through Jamie Reinhardt, the manager in the Exton, PA office. I appreciate how all of Penske’s trucks and vans are in such nice condition, and relatively new. Jamie told me Penske rotates out their rental vehicles and replace them with new ones regularly, and while they have relatively low mileage. I drove the cargo van to Brooklyn to move a loved one out of the city. Had a small fender bender, so, having purchased the insurance they offer, I called the office. They referred me to the King of Prussia office, who sent me to the Risk Management Department. A gentleman helped me quickly file a claim over the phone, and was on my way. Once home, after unloading, the key wouldn’t turn in the ignition, so it was unable to start. So they make it easy to call the 24/7 Roadside Service, which I did, and Rob drove to my house inside an hour, and got it going. It took him 2 seconds! Apparently when a steering wheel is locked in place (anti-theft device!) all that’s needed is to turn the wheel slightly, which releases the pressure on the ignition key and allows the key to turn. Never new that trick. All in all, my rental experience had bumps in the road. But point is, when issues come up( and they do, that’s life), every person in the Penske company knew just what to do, referred me to the proper department, and each person did their job eagerly, friendly, and quickly. Penske is set up to handle problems and they’re very organized, in my experience with the Exton office. I’d encourage rental customers to just go ahead and buy the insurance they offer, it’s not that expensive, and if something happens, you’ll be glad you ponied up for the coverage. Penske might be a little more expensive, I’m not sure, but you’ll get a nearly new truck or van, and the support of an outstanding customer service staff that all seem to take their jobs seriously. “Recently moved to a new location with more capabilities so the already excellent service is even better and the technical expertise is still top-notch! The new location allows more repairs to be done on location. More room, garages, and lifts allow more capability. The only danger with A&L Auto/Truck Repairs is the demands on his time as hes a very appreciated and skilled auto tech, but he manages expectations and his time well to get the work done in a timely manner. I trust what A&L Auto/Truck Repairs tells me. If they say that this needs to be fixed and at this price, then I know that's what needs to be done. Most of the time, I drop my vehicles off with a standing "do what needs done and let how much I owe" because I know Allen (the owner) will do it right. Stop looking and get your car to this shop.”

“Just rented a Penske truck through Whitford. I found out that the 26footer that I rented was overkill for what I had to do. Whitford was very accommodating in downsizing me to a more suitable rental. The rental process was quick and easy and the cost was more that reasonable. The truck itself was clean and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them for future rentals.”

I had a unique situation and I was referred to Sev at Paintworks buy Pete and Dave at Meineke in West Chester who I highly recommend too. I was not disappointed. Sev listened to my issue and told me to come by on Tuesday. He had lots of other work but found time for my unique situation. “Wentzel’s have worked on my RV several times and I find them to be very good and fair with their pricing. As a matter of fact, I have requested to change the radiator fluid and I was told I may be spending money unnecessary that it may bev premature to do it work at this time. Since my RV was used when I purchased it I figured it would be a good thing to flush out and change the radiator fluid. However in their opinion, the previous owner probably had changed it recently from what they could see and I should just hold off and not do it, so,they could have just done it without telling me what their opinion was instead, they saved me money.”
“I have had excellent experiences with Lenny's Auto as far as AAA dispatching. I always seem to get Lenny's dispatched to me when I call AAA for roadside assistance. Based off my experiences, I am never disappointed when I see the auto truck is from them!! On that note, I have also had to use them quite often between 2023-2024. They always arrive fairly quickly which is a true blessing. I have always had the absolute most nicest and friendliest technicians help me! Most recently Ben!! My family member used them a day before me and that was an excellent experience as well. I have never had any auto work performed by them but as far as AAA dispatching I have had super great experience!!”

“I had a slow leak in my front right tire. I brought it up without an appointment. They fixed it within 10 minutes. I asked them what I owe them and they said bring your car back to us in December when your car needs state inspection. This certainly builds customer loyalty. And this is not the first time something like this has happened with me at Eagle service. I am appreciative that they have a Hometown feel instead of those big big box stores.”
