“Awesome place with awesome people! Broke down on 202 and got a tow to A & P after being recommended there. Gave me a free diagnosis and even let me park my car there for a few days while I ordered the part. Thank you Nick!”

“Needed new battery. Stopped in and had a brief conversation with several service personnel about different batteries and ratings. The team was very friendly, experienced and had me ready to go on a few hours. Received online notice that car was ready, paid bill on line and car was ready to roll. Highly recommend Eagle Service.”

“⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service from SAM at On Time Towing!!!⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Sam at On Time Towing. From the very first conversation, he was professional, courteous, helpful, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. After dealing with a stressful situation, and a terrible experience with Luongo's towing, Sam made the towing process incredibly easy. He gave me a reasonable and fair price, communicated clearly, answered my questions without making me feel like an inconvenience, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. What really impressed me was how professionally On Time Towing operates. They offer convenient online payments and provide prompt invoices and receipts, unattended pick up, everything simple, transparent, and hassle-free. Sam is exactly the kind of person you hope to deal with when you need a tow—reliable, respectful, straightforward, and customer-focused. Excellent service from beginning to end. I would 100% recommend Sam and On Time Towing to anyone needing towing services. They have absolutely earned my future business! Fair pricing. Excellent communication. Professional service. Five stars all around!”

“I had an amazing experience with this business yesterday. Russ pulled up behind me broken down and towed me to their shop. He proactively jumoed out to ask if I was OK when trying to engage insurance towing. He took care of me to get me off the road and then when I realized later my insurance tow would take forever, I called him back and he towed it to mechanic on his way home. Big Thanks to him for taking the stress out if a bad situation. I recommend these folks highly.”

“The staff and management team at Malvern Collision are top notch! They are attentive, talented and fairly priced. I have had several experiences that required their services and while it's never great to have a reason to call them.....it's incredibly comforting knowing that my vehicles and I are in good hands!”

“I had no idea what my deceased dad's popup was - not the brand, not the dimensions, not the hookup, nothing - and I needed them to tow it. They asked for some pics, and successfully picked it up and dropped it off within a very few hours. Couldn't be happier with the service.”

“I’m so impressed with Penske for a number of reasons. I rented a van through Jamie Reinhardt, the manager in the Exton, PA office. I appreciate how all of Penske’s trucks and vans are in such nice condition, and relatively new. Jamie told me Penske rotates out their rental vehicles and replace them with new ones regularly, and while they have relatively low mileage. I drove the cargo van to Brooklyn to move a loved one out of the city. Had a small fender bender, so, having purchased the insurance they offer, I called the office. They referred me to the King of Prussia office, who sent me to the Risk Management Department. A gentleman helped me quickly file a claim over the phone, and was on my way. Once home, after unloading, the key wouldn’t turn in the ignition, so it was unable to start. So they make it easy to call the 24/7 Roadside Service, which I did, and Rob drove to my house inside an hour, and got it going. It took him 2 seconds! Apparently when a steering wheel is locked in place (anti-theft device!) all that’s needed is to turn the wheel slightly, which releases the pressure on the ignition key and allows the key to turn. Never new that trick. All in all, my rental experience had bumps in the road. But point is, when issues come up( and they do, that’s life), every person in the Penske company knew just what to do, referred me to the proper department, and each person did their job eagerly, friendly, and quickly. Penske is set up to handle problems and they’re very organized, in my experience with the Exton office. I’d encourage rental customers to just go ahead and buy the insurance they offer, it’s not that expensive, and if something happens, you’ll be glad you ponied up for the coverage. Penske might be a little more expensive, I’m not sure, but you’ll get a nearly new truck or van, and the support of an outstanding customer service staff that all seem to take their jobs seriously. Thanks, Penske! Mark Roe Downingtown, PA”

“My truck battery died on me during rush hour at 926 & New St and caused some chaos. Couldnt move my truck and needed a tow asap. Called Youngs and they came out and towed me to their ship within 15 mins, swapped my battery and sent me on my way. These guys are gentlemen and strike me as a trustworthy and reliable shop, a breath of fresh air. I recommend Young's Garage for a good mechanic and tow service.”

“I had a slow leak in my front right tire. I brought it up without an appointment. They fixed it within 10 minutes. I asked them what I owe them and they said bring your car back to us in December when your car needs state inspection. This certainly builds customer loyalty. And this is not the first time something like this has happened with me at Eagle service. I am appreciative that they have a Hometown feel instead of those big big box stores.”

“I just picked my Jeep up from Dominick's Auto Body on Nutt Road in Phoenixville. What a first class operation. They finished my repairs within the time they promised, which is not always the case. The car looks like new and has never been cleaner inside or out thanks to their detailing of my car while they had it in for the needed body work. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and professional. Thank you!”

“Just rented a Penske truck through Whitford. I found out that the 26footer that I rented was overkill for what I had to do. Whitford was very accommodating in downsizing me to a more suitable rental. The rental process was quick and easy and the cost was more that reasonable. The truck itself was clean and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them for future rentals.”

“I brought my car to DeWane’s after a coworker recommended them. I was super stressed out after another shop near Norristown failed my state inspection and claimed I needed $3,500 in repairs. I only bought this 2018 car a year ago, so a $3.5k bill was the last thing I needed. Luckily, I had a family member who’s a mechanic double-check it, and he confirmed the other shop was just making stuff up to rip me off. DeWane’s did my oil change and safety inspection with zero issues or fake upsells. They are honest, reliable, and the clerk at the front desk is really friendly. Huge relief finding a trustworthy shop. I'll definitely be back.”

“I just needed yearly inspection, but I had to wait while it was done. Everyone at the station was friendly. The service was fast and efficient, with no attempt to sell me anything I didn't need. And there was a comfortable place to wait. If anything every goes wrong with my car, I'll go back.”

“Sev and I are good friends now! And after all isn’t that what you want from this type service? The feeling of a fair (in my case more than fair) deal? I had a unique situation and I was referred to Sev at Paintworks buy Pete and Dave at Meineke in West Chester who I highly recommend too. I was not disappointed. Sev listened to my issue and told me to come by on Tuesday. He had lots of other work but found time for my unique situation. Suffice it to say it would have been thousands if I went through insurance. It wasn’t even hundreds. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and my only disappointment was not knowing about Sev before. Thank you Sev and Pete and Dave!!!Service: Body & Trim”

“I have recommended Crawford’s to everyone I know! Not only is the quality of work unmatched but you truly feel cared for. Barb immediately eased my worries after a run in with a deer, my stress levels were through the roof and I was already dealing with a death in the family and she took over everything, including the dreaded insurance loops to jump through. My truck looks brand new and I couldn’t be happier. There aren’t many caring businesses left these days that aren’t just out for profit but Crawfords is one of them. Also if you have the pleasure of going into their office there are some beautiful dogs hanging out behind the counter!”

“My car was unfortunately totaled and had to be towed by Tommy's Main Line towing. However, dealing with them was a complete pleasure. I had to go to pick up my things from my car and I had kayak racks on top of my car that had to be removed. I was injured in the crash, and they graciously took the racks off for me. Rachel at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Despite the unfortunate event, the aftermath was smooth and straightforward. I was grateful for their smiling faces.”
