“Absolutely gorgeous location. The venue coordinator was lovely to work with, and there are so many beautiful historic touches that make this spot so elegant. I love that the groom's suite is just as lovely as the bridal suite! I find that some venues do a beautiful job creating a bridal suite, and the grooms kind of get stuck in a broom closet, which especially doesn't work when you have two brides who need equal amounts of space to get ready. But this venue did a great job of giving both parties beautiful spacious locations to get ready.
The ceremony spot this particular couple chose is definitely a hike for guests, but if you have a guest list who can navigate a short walk, it's definitely worth it for its gorgeous ruins. I'd love to photograph here again!”

“My husband and I cannot say enough positives about Loch Aerie Mansion. The mansion is incredibly beautiful and elegant. You can feel the history as you walk through the mansion. The team that works with Loch Aerie, including John Serock Catering, VB Ellen Design, and The Master’s Baker, were all phenomenal to work with and made the wedding of our dreams come true. The food was incredible, the decor and flowers were beautiful, and our cake was out of a fairytale (and absolutely delicious!). We had our ceremony indoors at Christmastime and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue. The bridal/groom suites are perfect for getting ready, and the transformation from elegant ceremony space to fun dance floor was perfect! We loved that our guests could move throughout the mansion during the night, so that older guests like grandparents and great aunts & uncles weren’t stuck in the room with the DJ and could sit on luxurious couches in the front rooms to chat and drink coffee. Our experience with Loch Aerie goes beyond the beauty of the space; the owner, Dana, has really created a community, and it has been great to enter that community and attend Loch Aerie’s annual Christmas party! Loch Aerie isn’t just a venue - it felt like it was “ours” for the night - and we were so excited for our friends and family to see it! Our wedding felt stress-free and we spent the entire day enjoying ourselves due to the well-oiled machine that is the team at Loch Aerie!”

Today I planned take my delicious healthy keto lunch in a beautiful Park in West Town called
Oak
I don't know and wasn't as concerned with the history but it's pristine beautiful lands and a well-preserved building and just a good quiet place to go for a walk and take my healthy lunch. Although a number of other people had the same idea it was very quiet and very pleasant!

And you know how sometimes you get fears going in your head and waste a lot of time? Well mother Nature finally called and I begrudgingly stealed myself for the porta potty experience only to discover it was the cleanest neatest odor free and bright red portapotty I had ever seen or used LOL...
So so much for f e a r future expectations appearing real!
At this park even a porta-potty is part of the positive experience LOL
And as I enjoyed the gentle breeze with all four windows down (my car off, no AC), my sinuses began to act up and I feared once again that I would have to leave and that allergies might become a new thing for me, but lo and behold the homeopathic remedy I brought along with me worked wonders and sneezing and dripping gave way to relaxed peaceful enjoyment!
Joy can be found in tiny moments like this it doesn't need to be a momentous occasion or experience...does it?
I can take a lifetime to unlearn patterns of thinking that jump to conclusions including and especially negative ones, but the journe, and it's different destination, are so worth it!
And it's so nice that Pennsylvania is getting back to warm sunny days today is 81° and gorgeous! #YAYPA!

“This Hilton property is phenomenal! Immediately upon entry, we were welcomed, and greeted. Was very thankful for my Hilton Status, and of course offered warm fresh cookies. Was asked numerous times if there was anything additional they could’ve done for me. Mrs Kay at the from desk let her true hospitality show! The room wasn’t as updated and tech savvy as I had expected, but the waitstaff and management running the restaurant was super courteous and also went above and beyond. Zero issues and would recommend this property anytime!! Thank you”

“Staff gets 5 stars especially our man Chris and our girl assistant GM Jacqueline! Entire staff is super friendly, professional and polite including the housekeepers.. They all go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and special. Jacqueline is a super sweet lady who keeps her word,, I'm glad we met her. But the star of the hotel is a fine young gentleman named Chris. His parents raised a fine young gentleman who must be very proud of him. Super nice guy, always upbeat and friendly, courteous and polite, professional, knowledgeable and patient as all heck! Smiling big thinking about his patience! Treated us with such respect. He explained things thoroughly.. And no matter how many times we bothered him, he never wavered.. He was just as polite, friendly, courteous and respectful as he always was. Housekeeping does a terrific job cleaning. Beds are soft and SO comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud! Pillows too were so soft and comy and they actually fit the size of the bed, King size pillows! Great night sleep! Great location and close to major highways, shopping and restaurants. A must stay! Breakfast was very good too and Brandon from room service is also a very nice friendly guy who went out of his way to help us. Barb at the restaurant is also a super friendly woman who actually brought menus up to our room, so we didn't have to come down.. Super nice lady. Then there is the maintenance guy who took the lock off our window for us! Super nice man.. very friendly personality.. and no wait time.. We called downstairs and they literally sent him right up!This hotel definitely knows how to treat and take care of their guests. They make you feel welcomed and special. Great staff! We will definitely be back.. We look forward to it! Great pricing too.. So worth it! We highly recommend this hotel!When you stay at a not so nice hotel it really makes you miss and want to run back to a hotel like the Sheraton where you had such a great experience and stay.”
