“Thank you, Dr. Granite and all of the Eagle Animal hospital technicians ! Dr. Granite patiently listened while we reviewed symptoms that our dog has experienced, she asked us questions and discussed treatment plan and options. We have been taking our pets to Eagle Animal for 20 years.
Today, Feb. 11th, our dog had a visit at Eagle Animal hospital with Dr. Mcguiness. As in the past, Dr. Mcguiness explained the issue and the options for our dogs care. We appreciated his thoroughness.”

“I can’t say enough about how well my cat, Sophie, was treated. She was very sick when we brought her in, and her emergency stay brought her back to health. She was there for 4 days, and couldn’t have gotten better care. Everyone was so kind from the minute we got there. A veterinarian called every day with an update. The cardiologist called to give us the final results of her tests. Everyone spent as much time with us as we needed, and was extremely kind. When she was being released, there were a lot of instructions, and someone spent an hour going over all the details with us. She even showed us how to order the supplements that Sophie was going to need. We would have been lost without that help. After she came home, I called with a question. I left a message, and someone got right back to me. She even asked me to call back to give an update. When we went back for her follow-up with the cardiologist, he spent as much time as we needed, explaining everything to us & answering all of our questions. Even though we have to drive several hours to get there, this is now the only place we’ll bring our animals for critical or specialty care.”

“We've been taking our little rescue pup here since 2022. They've always been gentle, thorough, and quick to get us in for appointments. A few months ago we had a serious health scare with a dog we were sitting, and they went above and beyond to help me figure out where to go and what to do, even calling the emergency vet ahead of time to let them know the circumstances and called me a few days later to check in - this was for a dog that was not even their patient! I'll always remember their kindness and recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“They're the only vet I can trust and rely on for excellent treatment every time. They took great care of all my family's babies, rats, dogs, snake, anything man. These guys are the best vet in the state.
They're compassionate, go out of the way to do everything they can for you and really just seem to make you and your babies feel important. They care about helping your babies just like you and it shows. We've been going to them for years and that isn't changing anytime soon. If you're looking for a great clinic for your babies this is it!”
“Dr Mason handled my baby, Nugget, with great care. We took him in for possible bloat and had called Poison Control prior to going in. He called them and spoke with them also, got the correct recommendations. He didn’t tell me unnecessary things to do, told me honestly what he would do if it was his pup and I was thankful for that. Even though I am a veterinary technician myself and have been for over 15 years, I was still very worried about my guy but he calmed my and my daughter’s worries. Thank you very much Dr Mason! Nugget is doing much better after having gone to the bathroom multiple times!!! Haha!!”
“Today was an incredibly hard day for us. My partner’s family had to make the sudden, unexpected decision to let their dog cross over the doggie rainbow in an emergency. From the moment we called to let them know we were coming, the care and compassion we received were something truly special.
As we grieved, the staff made the experience as comfortable as possible. They were empathetic, patient, and handled everything with such kindness that, even on one of our worst days, they gave me a little hope that there are still genuinely good people in this world.
Because of the way they supported us through this heartbreaking moment, I plan to start bringing my own dog here.”

“I recently had to take my dog Heathcliff to Whitelands Animal Hospital to have a cyst removed. I had used Dr. Goodell in the last when she worked elsewhere and when I was told she was now at Whitelands I was so excited to have a familiar face to leave my baby in her care. Her and her staff are absolutely amazing and caring and take the time to answer questions and make sure you feel as comfortable as your pet does. I can't recommend them enough. “I called them in a panic about my 14 month old puppy. I was told bring her in. I walked in the door, I was instantly instructed where to go, The next desk, took my info and immediately someone came to take my girl to be examined.
It ended up being an allergic reaction to something but the people here were very friendly and quick to help!
I observed one employee being the desk trying desperately to console a woman who’s dog was very sick. Such compassion and empathy!! Well done everyone!!”

“Just wanted to say that i enjoy seeing the cows when i pass by. i moved to PA from CA a little over a year ago & before I moved here, my mom had mentioned a cow that she would pass all the time. She named her Lonely Lucy, not knowing if she was a girl or a boy, but the name stuck. we would always say whether or not, we saw Lonely Lucy outside grazing. last year we saw that she had a friend join her and she was no longer “lonely” Lucy, although we still call her that. just thought i’d share (:”
“From the moment I initially reached out and spoke to Alexis, to my two visits, I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice.
On my first visit, I met with Dr. Marcie and Trevor. They were both so kind and gentle with my babygirl. Very personable and VERY knowledgeable/informative. I was also impressed with how quick Dr. Marcie read Duchess’ medical file which I provided right before the actual visit!
My follow up visit was with Dr. Lauren and Trevor and I have to say, I couldn’t be more impressed! Dr. Lauren has such a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cats and their behaviors etc. Her and again Trevor’s gentle handling especially while trimming nails was exceptional!
As for the establishment, it is very clean and provides a tranquil environment for our fur babies. My little girl had very minimal anxiety and pretty much just wanted to explore the rest of the place.
Again, I cannot rave enough about my experiences and will gladly keep my girl under this practice’s care.
And yes, even she gets excited to go to the vet. Cat tax photos!”
“Weve been to a lot of vets over the years for our dogs and for rescues but this was a first time taking a client dog in and I couldn't be more thankful that we went here and had the experience we did. The staff was amazing from the first call, during the visit, to the check up call from the vet a couple days later. We totally understand why our clients chose this office and we will be bringing our managery here from now on.
There's not a lot of techs and doctors that really hear you and take your knowledge and bond of the animal into consideration. The front desk ladies are there with a smile and compassion, when i know on most days they can have the hardest job taking the brunt of it all. But this team does it all with a smile and amazing bed side manner.

“I have been using Dr Perkins and her staff since 1994. We are on our fifth dog. Dr Perkins and the other Drs are knowledgeable in all aspects of pet care. They work with the owners in all aspects of the animals care. I have used the boarding facility's as well I have always been happy with the boarding care as well.”
“The team at Exton Vet Clinic (EVC) has been taking care of both of our dogs. They have provided outstanding medical care, supervision, and treatment. The EVC genuinely cares about your pets and it is reflected in the level of care and service they provide.
Recently, we had to put one of our dogs down. Saying goodbye to our beloved dog was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do, but the team at EVC made the experience as compassionate and comforting as possible. Doctor Stanek stayed with us the entire time, talking us through the process with such kindness and care. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that they truly understood the depth of our loss.
When we picked up our dog’s ashes, we were deeply touched by the thoughtfulness of the staff. His ashes were placed in a beautiful wooden box, and they had taken an ink imprint of his paw, which they included on a card along with a heartfelt note “from our dog” thanking us for loving him. It was an incredibly meaningful gesture that brought us both comfort and tears.
We cannot thank Exton Vet Clinic enough for the love and respect they showed both us and our fur baby. If you’re looking for a veterinary team that truly cares, we highly recommend them. They made one of our most difficult moments a little easier, and for that, we are forever grateful.”
