“Johnanthony Fiorilli, of JA Kitchen and Bath, completely renovated our “powder room”, our two bathrooms, and our kitchen. These rooms were demolished “to the studs” and completely rebuilt. We were very pleased with the work he and his colleagues did, have asked him to do other work on our house, and recommend him strongly.
Johnanthony brings to his work excellent building skills, great intelligence and creativity, perseverance, honesty, kindness, and friendliness—and a fine sense of humor, an important asset in dealing with the frustrations of renovation work.
And there were a lot of frustrations on our jobs. Our house was not well designed, and many shortcuts were taken in its construction. Being a kitchen-and-bath-renovation general contractor is a very difficult profession, as you’re constantly fitting new wiring, plumbing, appliances, and other work—all the fundamental systems that make a house work--into an existing structure, rather than being able to “start fresh”. In our case, the difficulty was increased by the “inherited” problems in our house. And we had problems with delays and incorrect shipments from suppliers, and we caused some problems by changing our minds about some things.
Throughout all of this, Johnanthony worked hard and thoughtfully to solve problems, to figure out new ways of doing things as the structure of the house required initial plans to be modified. When problems came up, he worked with us to solve them. When we had warranty issues—bad finish jobs on a couple of our cabinet doors—he made sure that the vendor replaced them, and installed the new ones at no cost to us. Johnanthony was very consultative with us and made it clear that our happiness with our new rooms was his highest priority.
We felt that Johnanthony’s pricing was fair, and he was very clear about his billing process. We felt that he was completely honest.”
“I am a contractor who does high end work.I needed a small piece of granite to finish up a job.The piece was perfect in craftsmanship and quality.I am already going to make another order.I will always use ES in S from now on.Suzanne is such a pleasure to deal with.A class operation !!”
“Orlandini's is great! Their prices are competitive and their selection is nice. I saw my shower tile as soon as I walked in. Fell in love right away. I easily found the color and shape of the floor I'd been thinking about. (Blue hexagon)The place is at a warehouse in Marcus Hook and it doesn't look like a place for a tile house until you walk in. You'll understand when you visit. Don't judge a book by its cover.”

“Great selection and most prices are really good! Some of the candy is not good or expired, but all other food items are not expired and good. Some rare finds, which is always fun! My mom and kids love Ollie's!! It's definitely worth the trip!”
“Such cool guys were unloaded themselves (although I had to help them), secured the remaining load with straps. They did everything carefully and professionally. If I, the driver, noticed this, it already means a lot when the movers neatly treated the load”
