Don't understand the negative reviews. My mantel was out of stock and had to be backordered. I received a call the next morning asking if I wanted to cancel it or wait for it to be back in stock.service was outstanding. A+++ from me!

*** BRANDON*** Buyers Beware! Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced by Brandon whom is also the manager. This is my first time rating someone because everyone can have a bad day but this one is different he will turn colors like a "Chameleon".
