“We just want to take a second to commend Scranton collision on their outstanding performance repairing our truck. The truck came back fixed properly,and in a timely manner .We didnt have time to clean the truck so I dropped the truck off filthy inside and out .It had saw dust all over .Upon arrival ,I notice they detailed it for us inside and out . Also It was only driven 1 mile for the test ride which is great and the truck feels as it should .Top Notch service.

The visit was worth the time... the mechanic worked really hard to communicate the desired outcomes of the initial assessment of my car. He was friendly and made sure that we were on the same page. I had gotten into a small collision that required front grill work- the office was quick to call me back, dealt with the insurances and rental car for me and were very knowledgable, and polite. It's also very clean inside (surprising for a garage!) Tony called me personally when my car was finished to explain everything to me in detail. What I thought was going to take at least 1-2 weeks only took a few days and they did a phenomenal job! My car looks brand new. They are very fair and take care of you the best they can-I definitely recommend.”
