“I recently had an issue with a digital gift card that wasn’t accepted by the business it was purchased for as only the physical card was acceptable. After numerous calls to those in charge of the U Choose Rewards program with no help or solution, Nadirah was most helpful and put what seemed like a lot of her time into reaching a solution. She was able to get my points credited back to my account . She was awesome with her communication and it was very much appreciated so thank you Nadirah!”

The process was extremely easy and beneficial. Tina was very accommodating and professional. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was nothing short of professional, flexible, and prompt. They have a text program which makes for an easy process while I was at work or busy during my days. “I usually Bank out of the West Mifflin office but had to go to the Wilmerding office today. Karen that used to work at West Mifflin branch is now down there and I got to work with her, she's just as great as she was when she was in West Mifflin. Wilmerding is lucky to have such a great employee. Everyone else I've ever dealt with at any United Community Federal Credit Union branches are fantastic, helpful and very understanding. We came from out of state and had to get a certified check for a car purchase. We had not done this before and were a little nervous and unsure of the process.

“I arrived after they had closed. The manager ask if he could help me. I told him I needed to cash a check, to pay the plumber. He assisted me with taking the money out of the atm. He said he would call the 800 number if there was a problem taking the money out of my account thank you”

“I have been using this bank for a long time.I have never had any problems. Everyone there is so helpful and patient. I had a problem accrue. Not with them at all .I was given a check from a company. The check did not deposit the first time.I told the company they gave another. I was so scared I was going to have the same thing happen and not get paid. Let me tell you all that these people care so much about you.The manager Lynn, Tina and Krystie my teller . All of them helped me until there was nothing else they could do.
