The process was extremely easy and beneficial. Tina was very accommodating and professional. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was nothing short of professional, flexible, and prompt. They have a text program which makes for an easy process while I was at work or busy during my days. The check did not deposit the first time.I told the company they gave another. I was so scared I was going to have the same thing happen and not get paid. “I usually Bank out of the West Mifflin office but had to go to the Wilmerding office today. Karen that used to work at West Mifflin branch is now down there and I got to work with her, she's just as great as she was when she was in West Mifflin. Wilmerding is lucky to have such a great employee. Everyone else I've ever dealt with at any United Community Federal Credit Union branches are fantastic, helpful and very understanding. I would recommend using them to anybody and I do recommend it to my friends all the time. I would never say something like this about any other bank they have helped me out many times and we're very understanding I give the branches a million Stars if I could. You're treated like a human no wacky unnecessary fees like most banks such as PNC and citizens horrible banks in my opinion so if you can bank with these guys happy customer for many years. And again Karen if you're reading this you're awesome thank you!”

“S&T white Oak has had a complete change in staff compared to years ago. It runs a lot more friendly and smoothly on week days. Now the times are 9:00am to 4:pm for the lobby and 8:30am to 5:00 pm for the drive up. But they are open a hour longer on Fridays. Saturdays are 9:00am till 12.”

“I went into this branch today to get a couple of rolls of quarters and to make a deposit during my new statement cycle. There was no line but I always go in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. I just wish they had a checking account that didn't have a monthly maintenance fee. I don't like going up there to deposit money so I can waive the maintenance fee. All in all this branch is good and convenient. Great banking?.”
