The service at the 1st Commonwealth at Century Square is outstanding. Nice people and very knowledgeable. The next IA powered message system is worse then awful. They have 3 options on the recording when you call: Check you account or apply for a loan or apply for a mortgage. None for : TALK TO A HUMAN BEING.

This branch was short handed for quite some time. Phone never answered etc. They are excellent now. Great knowledgeable, friendly people. And the phone gets answered!
