“I dropped into Keystone CrossFit and had a great experience. Tim is super knowledgeable and clearly takes great care of his athletes and classes. He has a really great way of breaking down information so it’s easy to understand and apply, no matter your experience level. The class was well-run, welcoming, and thoughtfully coached. Highly recommend Keystone CrossFit!”

“CrossFit Vertex makes my son and I feel welcome even though we never had tried a CrossFit program before. My son(12 yrs. Old) is being taught how to do exercises in a healthy way with great supervision. The coaches scale workouts for me (47yr. Old) and make realistic goals. The people who are in the classes encourage each other and I have made friends while working out. Great support and workouts!”
“Peffer Athletic Club in a word, Genesis! It's a place of new beginnings, transformation and success. And if you're blessed to train with Frank Peffer, the owner, best known as the Trainer of trainers, take notes and be ready to work...Smart! Also be ready to smile, laugh and possibly cry "tears of progress, of course!" :) It won't be long before you see your health and fitness goals in your rearview mirror! Believe me, I Know!”

“We just had my son's second birthday here and everyone had a wonderful time! The party specialists were both very nice and accommodating. The children had a blast on the equipment and the facility felt very clean, including the bathrooms! I definitely will be keeping this place in mind for future parties!”
“Just joined Crunch. the gym as a whole is awesome and tidy / clean . The machines and equipment are new and everyone keeps to themselves or are polite and willing to help if you’re not familiar with the equipment. I had a “kickoff” consultation with Kaz the personal trainer and he was more than polite and willing to give me insights on what will help me with my fitness journey and overall health . Crunch 10/10 KAZ 10/10”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I've been coming to Planet Fitness regularly, and the gym is always clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. A special shoutout to Dustin. he's one of the friendliest staff members I've met. He always greets everyone with a smile, takes the time to chat, and genuinely makes people feel welcome. Every visit starts and ends on a positive note because of his attitude and customer service. Keep up the great work!”
“I’ve been training at Brown’s since at least 2010, and even though I now live out of state, it’s still the first place I go whenever I’m back for holidays or the summer. That alone says a lot. Brown’s isn’t just a gym it’s a hometown cornerstone.
This place is one of the best examples in America of what happens when you have an owner-operator who is genuinely passionate about what he does. Mr. Brown & Co. has built more than a business; he’s built a cornerstone of the Clarks Summit community. The gym consistently brings familiar faces, creating a sense of stability and belonging that’s rare these days. No matter how much time passes, walking into Brown’s feels familiar, grounding, and welcoming.
What’s especially impressive is how the gym has evolved while staying true to its core. As everything else seems to get more complicated and more expensive, Brown’s has become even more simple, direct, and focused. It’s almost funny to think back to how the gym used to look the old studio room in the back, for example and how it’s been streamlined over time to better reflect Mr. Brown’s no-nonsense style. Even the cardio area has shrunk, which honestly just reinforces what this place is all about.
This is a lifter’s gym, through and through. If you’re serious about training, you will not find yourself lacking equipment—there’s everything you could possibly need and then some. It’s truly a “gym’s gym,” and that’s what makes it special. Add in the sauna, showers, and all the essentials, and you’re completely covered. Bring your own water bottle and towel, but if you forget, water is available for cheap.
Day passes are very reasonable (around $8), and the week pass is an excellent value. All things considered, this is one of the best hometown gyms in America, in my opinion. If you’re anywhere near the area, it’s absolutely worth a visit.”
