“Came in this morning (Wednesday) to get my DL photo updated. Walking in with dread I was pleasantly surprised to how efficient the process was. Jonathan was working. He was quick, professional and very pleasant. If you need to get your I’d card updated this AAA is really a sweet spot to get too. Earlier the better, obviously.
Secondly, quickly stopped to update my AAA membership as well, James was a very professional cat as well. He was knowledgeable, and diligent. The service here is top.”

“Good evening Google Family. I visited since I am switching from one company to another one. I wanted to know rates. I am here to kill time since the place that I wish to go to is not open right now. The Cell phone place opens at 11 am and it is only 10 am. I was helped by an agent named Mike. Mike set up a virtual appointment with me by email. I love this method, instead of sitting in the office.I get to sit in my own house. Mike was very professional and polite. I look forward to our Zoom meeting tomorrow. Have a good night, workout, be fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. The State Farm office has two locations, the one here plus one in Conshohocken on Butler Pike. Located in a small shopping center where there's a Manhattan Bagel plus a Chinese restaurant. Good experience so far.”

For example, I had a car deer accident one night. The claim filing and repair process were simple and easy. My car was fixed and I just paid the deductible part.
