“I was in dire need of a new phone and was looking for a new Samsung. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for decades and never consider going anywhere else for a phone. I called the Wayne, PA store and spoke with Edvard to inquire what would be the best replacement for my 5-year-old Samsung 10+. Got the info I needed and stopped in a couple days later. Edvard was the best, completely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I am a bit of a techno-idiot (due to my age) and Edvard was very patient and knew the products. Since I haven't bought a new phone in a while I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the info transfer was from my old phone to the new S25+. I was never a fan of auto-pay but that's how it's done today so Edvard set that up for me. If you are looking for a new phone don't hesitate to come to this store.”
“Came in recently with my family because my screen was lifting on my iPhone, not sure what caused that. Lawrence was of great assistance, I was originally with Tmobile, that wasn’t an issue. Screen lifting wasn’t an issue, which I thought would make them deny the phone. Also instead of getting the Pro, I got the Pro Max and the watch I wanted. Price wasn’t too bad, yes I may have spent more than I would have liked but I also got way more than I originally came for. I will be recommending Lawrence to my friends, family, and whomever needs telecommunication services. Appreciate you”

“I had the best experience at the Verizon store in Berwyn PA thanks to Charlie. We have recently switched to YouTube FIOS from regular cable and the learning curve is rough. We had some issues trying to figure out how to set it up. The original rep who sold us the plan was fine/just ok …but Charlie’s customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help us with the set up. I can’t thank him enough for explaining everything, being patient and taking the time to help us. Highly recommend Charlie for anything you are buying or troubleshooting.”

“Darryl is a superstar. I’ve always had good experiences at the Verizon store in Newtown square, with Theo, and others in the past. The last two times my family and I went there, Darryl helped us. He not only helped us, he took the time to explain important details that helped us maximize our plans. One of the last times Darryl helped us, he wasn’t even making commission because it was a phone issue. He spent an hour with me and kept me relaxed when I was sure I had lost 12 years worth of pictures. He helped me figure it out and saved my iCloud backup data and all those pictures started flooding back into my replacement phone. No commission - just total professionalism. I gave him a bear hug! What a stand up dude! Theo was great too. THANK YOU DARRYL!!!”

She also was able to get me on a cheaper plan being 70 years old and advise me about free Internet that’s going on called 55+! she is a manager of many stores and she really knew everything that was out there!I feel very lucky to have gotten her when I went in the store. My friend Robert was also with me and we were considering possibly having a plan together and then getting free Internet so much cheaper than Comcast!”

“After a really disappointing experience at the Verizon store in Ardmore, PA, where I left feeling completely unsatisfied with both the service and the overall experience, I honestly wasn’t sure I wanted to deal with Verizon again.
But I decided to give another location a shot , and I’m genuinely glad I did.
This visit was the total opposite, and it was because of Lamia Kamal and Nick Polk.
They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they actually cared about solving the issue the right way. They took the time to listen, explain my options clearly, and made sure everything was handled correctly before I left the store.
Because of Lamia and Nick, I walked out feeling confident, taken care of, and positive about Verizon again.
If you’re looking for great customer service, ask for Lamia Kamal or Nick Polk—they turned what could have been another frustrating visit into a genuinely excellent experience.”
