“AMANDA DESERVES A RAISE! Unlike the other reviewers, I had an extremely positive experience at this location! Stopped in on my lunch break and they had me in and out in less than 10 minutes! I was in such a hurry. I ended up leaving my debit card behind, Amanda went above and beyond to make sure that I got my card back! I have been to other LabCorp locations in the area and is the best in my opinion ♥️”

“I got lucky and got in to see a doctor fairly quickly. The visit was actually too quick. Although the staff were polite. It felt like I was being rushed. my concern and the reason I am writing this is that they took a swab and had it sent out, told me to "go online to see results". My problem is that not everyone is capable of doing that. Example there were other patients in there that were Amish/Mennonite whom doesn't use these technologies. And then there are the elderly who do not. I never got a phone call with my diagnosis however the next day I got a email to say I had a bill. Getting the bill before my diagnosis was a little annoying to me. I am tech savvy and was able to see my result however, it said it wasn't read by the doctor yet and not too take it for being the actual result. Not just this place, but all places medical facilities, are becoming less attached to their work. With peoples lives in their hands it's not a comfortable feeling. This issue I am bringing up can be easily fixed with increasing their communications directly to the patient in a timely manner. I hope it gets better for all of us.”

“Wish I had gotten his name, but the phlebotomist I had today was so lovely and understanding when I told him I was very nervous about this (I'm VERY squeamish about needles and it was only my second time ever having blood taken for anything). He did a phenomenal job at distracting me during the process even when the first vein he tried didn't work so he had to try another, which normally would have really freaked me out but I barely even noticed it because he kept me so engaged in conversation! Thank you for such a relieving experience!”

“Very professional ,have no negative. Funny though the place was empty one Friday I was there,nurse runs out to the secretary's, yells stampeded,by turtles. Figure it's a band?, look at the secretary's said hope the poor dudes OK. Nurse turns like oops didn't think anyone was here.????”

She then explains the specimen collection process every step along the way. She can multitask efficiently and cares for the customers coming in. Great job, Jackie!”

They have gone above and beyond in the Parkersburg office for me on multiple occasions.”

“Pleasantly shocked at how smooth and easy my appointment for bloodwork went. I was called back immediately and Demi got my vein on the first try, and I’m normally an impossible stick! It takes most phlebotomists and nurses multiple tries in multiple veins. Clean facility, in and out in ten minutes. I was really impressed.”
