“I stopped in for an oil change after calling earlier for an appointment. Brittany, was pleasant to deal with and in a short time I was in and out. I like that they accept competitors coupons which made my day.”

“My car wouldn't go from park to reverse due to a powertrain failure. Agustin came and worked with the car for 20 minutes to get the car in neutral to get in on the truck. All this in the pouring rain at around 10:30pm. His dedication to assisting a customer and to his work was impeccable. We need more people like him. Thanks Agustin.”

“Amazing quality of repair. Didn’t recognize my own car when it was finished because it looked new!! The price was the lowest estimate I got as well. Refreshing to have something exceed every expectation.”

“I've been using Arty's Auto Service since 2020 for multiple vehicles (Honda CRV, Ford F150, Subaru Outback, and previously a Kia Forte), and they've earned my complete trust. When my Honda's tire came off on I-495 in Maryland after improper service at Reedman Toll Honda in Downingtown, Arty's demonstrated exactly why I trust them. They clearly explained their engine installation process - confirming they never removed the driver's side wheel - and pointed out damage from improper lug nut torque that should have been caught during my previous dealer strut service. They quickly installed a new wheel, rim, and alignment, understanding this was my daily vehicle while Reedman Toll Honda refuses to take accountability. What sets Arty's apart: - Clear, honest explanations - 30 years of experience using practical solutions - Great value for quality work - Transparent communication - no upselling or games - I feel genuinely heard and respected as a customer In an industry where trust is everything, Arty's has earned mine. They provide the professionalism, expertise, and customer care that should be standard but is increasingly rare. Whether you need routine maintenance or major repairs, I highly recommend Arty's Auto Service.”

“I should have wrote this review years ago. These guys are the best. I've been driving for over fifty years, & have lived in Chester County now for the last 18. In that time, this shop has repaired 3 vehicles ('01 Altima sedan; '10 Altima coupe; '16 Camaro convert) a total of 5 times; a few relatively minor, & a couple major ones. Also, they have custom painted parts for me. When needed, they always called the tow truck, arranged a rental, contacted insurance companies & adjusters, driven me home, picked me up, and generally took care of everything. In the rare instance, that some little detail was not right(I'm a perfectionist) they took care of it right away without debate. Their prices are lower than franchise shops & the work is better. You really feel like they care about you & your vehicle. What prompted me to write this is, I just got off the phone with them to schedule a windshield replacement on the Chevy. An oncoming semi knocked an overhead tree branch off which shattered the glass.”

“Some of the best people ever met my life I would have told me I'd rather than pick me up and take me I would have them repair my car I would have them do whatever I thought needed to be done as long as it involved the vehicle”
