“I met Mike by chance while online shopping for a Mercedes oil filter and noticed he was from Downingtown. So i figured I'd give him the business since he was somewhat local. After that he became my ML350 mechanic while employed at Mercedes of West Chester. He performed a lot of this work either in his driveway or he'd meet me somewhere in between his house and mine. Being in the automotive repair business all my life, it was quickly determined Mike was very honest and knew his stuff. He did mention that he wanted to start his own business one day and I encouraged him as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs work performed on their vehicle. “This is Johnny Pappas, I am using my wife's google account. I met Bill through a mutual friend that takes his cars (including his classic 1955 Chevy) to Bill for both extensive and maintenance work. I took my 1999 Camaro SS to Bill to replace both front and rear shocks and while it took a substantial amount of time to replace both sets as they had been on the car for almost twenty years. Some parts did not come off easily but Bill perserved and stayed on the job until the last bolt was tightened. Bill charges less than regular brick and mortar car repair shops but does not skim on quality and service. He will give you an honest appraisal on parts needed and likewise...parts that are not needed. I wholeheartedly recommend Bill for all of your automotive needs.”

I always got the right part I asked for . They made sure they got it right by checking the vin. “I should have wrote this review years ago. These guys are the best. I've been driving for over fifty years, & have lived in Chester County now for the last 18. In that time, this shop has repaired 3 vehicles ('01 Altima sedan; '10 Altima coupe; '16 Camaro convert) a total of 5 times; a few relatively minor, & a couple major ones. Also, they have custom painted parts for me. When needed, they always called the tow truck, arranged a rental, contacted insurance companies & adjusters, driven me home, picked me up, and generally took care of everything. In the rare instance, that some little detail was not right(I'm a perfectionist) they took care of it right away without debate. Their prices are lower than franchise shops & the work is better. You really feel like they care about you & your vehicle. What prompted me to write this is, I just got off the phone with them to schedule a windshield replacement on the Chevy. An oncoming semi knocked an overhead tree branch off which shattered the glass.”

At first Luis, the owner hesitated and told me to come back on Monday but then we engaged in a conversation on my request.
