“Seems like a great place! Excited to use it in the future but we just moved down with a uhaul and unfortunately there is no Dropbox to deposit the keys in as required by uhaul.Update:It’s just behind the store. Drive behind the row of shops till you get to the store and you will see the Dropbox there.”

“Our U-Haul team was courteous and quick. All paperwork was taken care of quickly and we were on our way. All details were clearly explained to us (we have rented from this facility multiple times in the past). Vehicles were clean (including cargo area); windshields and driving cockpit were clean and clear. U-Haul is a much better solution if you prefer your vehicles clean and up to date with backup camera, stereo, and all controls working as they should.

In contrast, we rented from Home Depot a week ago and it was filthy. We had to clean the smoky & dirty windows ourselves before we started our trip with Windex & paper towels. There were food wrappers in the drivers area, and the cargo area was filthy. If it weren't for the timetable we were on, we would have declined the vehicle and rented elsewhere.

While the HD truck is much less expensive (no mileage charge or limits), for short hauls, we prefer U-Haul.”
