“My primary bedroom had the ac/heat unit replaced today. There were some bumps in the road as far as timing. Which wasn't on the technicians. What made it so much better was when our maintenance technician arrived to install the unit they both were very efficient in installing very clean work you wouldn't know the unit wasnt there all along. Additionally they were so pleasant and happy to help. Dou was the lead who I always say is my favorite tech and he was training a second technician. It never seems like he ever has a bad day.

“I have lived here for two years now and I am about to renew again. They are the best. The management is fantastic and truly cares about you as a tenant. Ashley and Jennifer care about ensuring you are happy living here. If there are ever any issues with the apartment (which are little to none and I have lived in two different apartments here) they will be quick to ensure that it gets fixed and remain in communication with you the whole time. Prices are about as good as they get here and you feel safe in the area. I looked at numerous other places within 15 miles of here, but none of them compare. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!”
“I have nothing but great things to say about Mill Grove. The area is clean, safe, and quiet. The units are reasonably priced and fairly updated. To be honest, their recent excellent service in particular is why we’re so confident about remaining tenants and renewing our lease.
Where Mill Grove shines is their leasing office and maintenance teams. During snow, the sidewalks are salted and cleared immediately. Trash is always taken care of. Lawns cut, appearance maintained. Everything feels clean, professional, and actively maintained.
The leasing office is incredibly friendly. They truly care for the residents and are almost always around to answer questions and offer solutions. When we have problems or questions, they work immediately and offered solutions.
The maintenance here is insanely quick and they are so friendly. Special shoutout to Emmanuel in maintenance - he helped our unit 5 minutes (no exaggeration, literally 5 minutes) after we reported an AC issue. He goes above and beyond and is friendly.”

“We lived in Apartment 412, and leaving this community has been one of the hardest goodbyes for our family. We created so many wonderful memories here, surrounded by kind, caring, and loving people who made this place feel like home.
Although we have now moved to India, a part of our hearts will always remain here. We are especially grateful to the maintenance team and all the staff members who were always helpful, friendly, and supportive. Their dedication made our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.
The apartments are very well maintained, safe, and secure, making it a wonderful place to live and raise a family. My sons have countless happy memories here—from waiting for the school bus with friends to enjoying Halloween celebrations and community spring events. These moments will always be cherished.
Thank you to everyone who made our time here so special. We will always look back on our years in this community with gratitude and fondness. If we ever get the opportunity in the future, we would love to come back and visit again.

“I wanted everyone to know how great it is to live in a place like Highview Gardens in Spring City, PA. It all starts with the Kristie in the office. She runs this place like a superstar. She is kind, very friendly, and gets everything done with ease. If she ever had a bad day you would never know it. I have lived here for over forty years. We have the best maintenance staff here now. Before they would come and go. They are the nicest, well mannered individuals you have ever seen. The manager of the maintenance staff is so knowledgeable.and nice. The maintenance guys clean up after they finish doing their jobs fixing things. They even take their trash with them. I can't forget about everyone's account manager. You can call her any time and leave a message. She will call you back! Then if you have a complant,she will handle the problem.”
“Jerome the BEST was at my apt within minutes to fix my refrigerator..it was making LOUD noises and defrosting all my food thanks to him nothing was lost..freezer fan was frozen.”

“Lived here 22 years , this is a well run complex , addressing issues as they come up , and handle all maintenance issues quickly. Charlene and Brooke do an outstanding job keeping the community safe. The only issue I would have is the yearly rent increase , which does not keep up with cost of Living its way more .”
