“Westgate Village in Malvern is a great community with excellent maintenance and very responsive staff. The maintenance team always takes care of requests quickly and professionally, which makes day-to-day living very comfortable.
The office team is also wonderful. Andrea is extremely polite, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever I need anything. Her manager, Kristin, is equally supportive and ensures everything is handled smoothly and efficiently.
Westgate Village provides a pleasant and well-maintained living experience, and I truly appreciate how attentive and professional the entire team is.”
“Love the apartments! We've been here for a few months now and I just had to leave a review. The staff take really good care of getting the neighbors together and creating fun events that are including of everyone! One of my favorite people from the staff who I just had to mention was Kevin! Kevin has come help us out a before with our maintenance requests, but most recently he impressed us more than ever. No job big or small is a problem for him. Not only does he fix it, but he will even go out of his way and explain what he did and how he did it. Besides being incredible in his craft, hes incredible with pets!”
“I have been looking for an apartment and went to see Willowbrook Apts in West Norriton. The woman I was dealing with, her name is Moe, was the most nicest and accommodating person you ever want to meet. She helped me from beginning to end and nothing was to much. Always had a smile on her face from the time you entered the property until you left. Im not computer savvy, and that was no issue at all. The Property Manager , Toby, was also very nice and accommodating. They make sure your very comfortable. I thank them both for all of your help.”

He always answered our emails and texts promptly and completely. He kept us updated on the application process. He reminded us of all the necessary paperwork and details. His professional accommodation made us feel much better about dealing with a new landlord and absolutely played a role in our decision to choose College Arms. I super appreciate his hard work.”
“This was my first stay in the U.S., and I absolutely loved living here for two years. The location is incredibly convenient — everything from grocery stores to the train station is easily accessible. The staff were friendly and responsive, and most of our maintenance requests were handled promptly. We made great memories with our community friends, and my family had lots of fun during our time here. We’re definitely going to miss the community. If I ever return to PA, I’ll definitely come back to these apartments. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’d highly recommend it!”

“I wanted everyone to know how great it is to live in a place like Highview Gardens in Spring City, PA. It all starts with the Kristie in the office. She runs this place like a superstar. She is kind, very friendly, and gets everything done with ease. If she ever had a bad day you would never know it. I have lived here for over forty years. We have the best maintenance staff here now. Before they would come and go. They are the nicest, well mannered individuals you have ever seen. The manager of the maintenance staff is so knowledgeable.and nice. The maintenance guys clean up after they finish doing their jobs fixing things. They even take their trash with them. I can't forget about everyone's account manager. You can call her any time and leave a message. She will call you back! Then if you have a complant,she will handle the problem.”
“Lived on the 3rd floor at Strafford Station for 3 years & just relocated to Philly for a great job opportunity. I had a very good experience at Strafford Station and found the Management to be highly responsive to all needs and concerns throughout my residency.
