“If your looking forsomewhere secluded but super close to the city for a decent price... highly recommend! I saw reviews about break-ins in cars at the upper levels but never had any issues in the lower 200 level. Great parking right outside the door, Kevin is great at communication.”
“We lived here for 2 years. Management and the maintenance teams are absolutely best. If there is any maintenence issues it is resolved within few minutes. Once we had a power outage only in our unit, the management and the maintenance team worked on the weekend and fixed the issue. Ashley even offered to accommodate us in a fully furninshed unit until the electricity was back. She stayed until the issue was resolved during her weekend break . The management and the maintenance team always go above and beyond with their service. They frequently organize social events. When we lived here we didn't have to worry about anything at all. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Its a beautiful community. Thank you Team Blue Bell Villas.”

I especially want to give a shoutout to one of the Property Managers, Donald Jones. He is so kind and goes above and beyond to make living there wonderful. I locked myself out a few times and he was so quick to help.

Our maintenance requests are always resolved within a day, usually even within a couple hours. The outdoor sites like the dumpsters, stairwells, and pools are all well maintained.”

“We lived in Apartment 412, and leaving this community has been one of the hardest goodbyes for our family. We created so many wonderful memories here, surrounded by kind, caring, and loving people who made this place feel like home.
Although we have now moved to India, a part of our hearts will always remain here. We are especially grateful to the maintenance team and all the staff members who were always helpful, friendly, and supportive. Their dedication made our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.
The apartments are very well maintained, safe, and secure, making it a wonderful place to live and raise a family. My sons have countless happy memories here—from waiting for the school bus with friends to enjoying Halloween celebrations and community spring events. These moments will always be cherished.

“I have nothing but great things to say about Mill Grove. The area is clean, safe, and quiet. The units are reasonably priced and fairly updated. To be honest, their recent excellent service in particular is why we’re so confident about remaining tenants and renewing our lease.
Where Mill Grove shines is their leasing office and maintenance teams. During snow, the sidewalks are salted and cleared immediately. Trash is always taken care of. Lawns cut, appearance maintained. Everything feels clean, professional, and actively maintained.
The leasing office is incredibly friendly. They truly care for the residents and are almost always around to answer questions and offer solutions. When we have problems or questions, they work immediately and offered solutions.
The maintenance here is insanely quick and they are so friendly. Special shoutout to Emmanuel in maintenance - he helped our unit 5 minutes (no exaggeration, literally 5 minutes) after we reported an AC issue. He goes above and beyond and is friendly.”
