“I checked in at the dealership at 10:00 a.m. because my truck was overcharging, and I had to turn the key twice to get it to start. They initially told me it might be the next morning before they could get my truck into the shop, but I decided to wait.
Around 3:30 p.m., they let me know they were bringing my truck in to begin diagnosing the problem. About 45 minutes later, they found that the battery disconnect switch on top of the battery was overheating. They recommended replacing the switch and inspecting and cleaning all of the batteries. I agreed.
About an hour later, they informed me that one battery had failed while the other three were still testing at around 75%. I authorized them to replace the failed battery.
Roughly two hours later, my truck was ready to go. I really appreciate how seriously they took the repair. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, they got my truck back on the road the very same day, allowing me to book a load and get back to making money.
This was my first visit to this dealership, and I was extremely impressed. The entire team was professional, communicated with me throughout the repair process, and even worked late into the evening to get the job done. Their commitment to customer service and quality work really stood out. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and outstanding service.”
