“EDWIN? IS? THE? MAN!!!! GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! We went in looking for a TikTok viral product during holiday week for my teen daughter. She didn't see it and I told her to ask. I asked 1 employee and he said he saw it but thinks it's gone. She asked someone who said they thought it was up front. Neither seemed to be too certain though. Refusing to give up I decided to ask 1 more employee. THANK GOD IT WAS EDWIN! I asked him and he recognized the item right away and said he thought it sold out already. But he offered to check the back and VOILA! HE BROUGHT A NEW BOX!!! ? He was so patient and kind and went the extra mile. He won my heart and am very thankful for his help. 5/5 from me! “I once bought a toy hamster from here and was so excited to love and cherish it. When me and my hamster arrived home, I went to apply some batteries in Mr. Hamster. I unscrew his back compartment, and find NO slot for the batteries to be placed. I was floored. My poor hamster would never be able to walk, due to NO SOLT FOR BATTERIES. Have no fear, we have bonded and our friendship is inseparable. He is doing well and he even has his very own cage and has made new friends along the way. Mr. Hamster has adapted and recovered from the trauma and distress that this caused.. no batteries slot can be very effective to the heart and mind… My hamster was ONCE a dud and NOW.. he still is a dud, BUT he will always be in my heart, even though he is a dud hamster. ❤️”
