  Branch Mgr Mike Zollers, Chris Neal and "the other Mike" have been amazing in dealing with my parents, and then my Dad's finances after Mom's passing. They are very good at maneuvering through the ins and out of eldercare finances. Their patience has been unmatched. Kudos.

  Bank officer, Chris, has been very helpful in person but impossible to reach by phone. There is no option to leave voice mail for a return call. I need assistance with an international banking matter but all I get are 10 minutes of repeated recordings to open an account or report a lost card.   I called the phone number for my local branch. Phone tree a total quagmire. After 7 minutes on hold I am connected to a call center on Timbuktu. And female could not answer my question and put me on hold. I live in a small town and can call my TD branch directly. Unfortunately they could not provide the service I required.
