I bought my Volkswagen ID.4 elsewhere but I would never dream of taking it anywhere else to get serviced. the waiting area if you're going to stay is absolutely fantastic well-stocked even has a computer that you can use if you need to do some business. the shuttle service uses a same model vehicle I have. Great payment options and very professional staff. turnaround time is actually one of the best things about them they are super fast to get services done and they turn bass faster than any other shop. when I was younger I was a service manager and I still know a lot of people in the automotive industry and I can say their service department is incredibly impressive. if you're in the market for an electric vehicle ignore the Tesla's and check out the Volkswagen offerings you won't be disappointed the service package and the way that you're taking care of it's incredible and you'll also save a lot of money on public charging over the tesla network. unfortunately for me I'm moving to Wyoming but the next time I'm in the area I might come by to pick up another! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.”
