“These guys are great…..Dan had the storage container delivered and placed in less than 2 hours after the company PODS strung me out and the advised that they could not drop the unit because of dimensional limitations at my home and on top of that they were confused on the size I ordered. Mind you, I fully explained to PODS it is a single car paved drive in a residential area. Not to one person, but to three individuals at PODS and all three guaranteed it would fit and they could place the container—-idiots…….309 Storage was also less expensive (delivery, monthly rental, and pick up) and providing me with a larger containerI would not hesitate to call 309 Storage and recommend them to anyone asking me about storage units hands down to any other.Cudos to 309 storage and DanThank you again”

“Our entire experience was excellent! Victoria was communicative and attentive to my continuing changes to our quote/contract. The two gentlemen that moved us - Gerayme and I don't know the other guy's name - were polite and took care of moving our stuff in and out of our homes with no problems. It was refreshing to see two young men with great work ethics, self motivated and hard workers without complaining. I would only suggest Two Men and a Truck give these guys better tools/resources to move heavy furniture like straps and those pads that go under the feet of furniture. I've seen these tools used by Lowes and Home Depot delivery people. It will help reduce any chances of injury! Highly recommend!”

“I hired Hammers to move a very large home (3800 Sq Ft) about 50 miles from our new home which was half the size and everything was perfect. From the estimate given by the owner to Angel and his teams on both ends of the move. The team was courteous, masked, efficient and treated everything with respect. We had moved from NJ to PA just 6 years prior with about 75% of the stuff we now had and that move took twice as long to complete so "kudos" to the team at Hammers for a job well done. I mean the owner not only stuck to his estimate which was way less than some others I received, he didn't charge me for holding our stuff for 6 days and gave us use of 12 Garment boxes ! As residents of Doylestown, we believe that our local company Moody’s was our only consideration. They have been in the community for many, many years. Our moving day experience was outstanding. “I booked this company for a move from PA to FL around the 4th of July holiday. My mother in law had started aconversation with Mickey and put me in touch with him to discuss pricing/move amounts. At this point I had already called three or four other moving companies so I had a pretty good idea of what I was moving and the potential cost. I explained it was a small move with no big furniture. I would need to use one of their trucks and movers but the items would be mainly boxes that I had already pre-packed with bubble wrap and labeled with our last name/item descriptions with some smaller furniture like chairs/desks/TVs. After playing footsie over price they agreed to do the move for a very reasonable cost considering the holiday. I did notice that they did not have me do a room by room item by item inventory over the phone like some of the other movers I had spoken with (which may be the reason for some of these other less favorable reviews with items not fitting on trucks/enough space...that was not our experience...do yourself a favor and make your own checklist before you call them so you communicate what you need properly). My husband signed the contracts with them and paid our deposit.The day of the move they were a few hours late which wasn't such a big deal as we had devoted the whole day to making sure the items were on the truck and not under any strict timeline. They advised that a previous delivery had put them behind schedule which we understood as that can happen. Then it was pouring rain so at our request they waited till the rain was supposed to stop to come load our items which I appreciated.Two men came (very nice and sociable) and loaded everything into the truck with no fuss/headaches. At this point they did do an inventory of our items. All of our items fit on the truck with no issues. We were then told that we could not use a credit card to pay the balance...it had to be cash or money order. This we weren't expecting...and we did not have the cash on hand...so they agreed to move the items but advised we would need to settle payment before the delivery (which was fair). Thought it was a little strange they didn't take cards...so we called the main number for the company and was told that they indeed could take credit card payments so we paid in full over the phone with the main office.The delivery of our items was a bit chaotic. we were given a delivery window which is standard in an out of state move and I will say that they absolutely DID deliver during the windowed time. However, the actual date/time did change three or four times with our items being stored in a warehouse and then reloaded onto the truck...and we had a neighbor that was supposed to let them into the house in FL that was starting to get annoyed.That being said...these were minor things considering all the variables/logistics involved and issues that were easily worked through with some flexibility/communication.Our items arrived on time, undamaged, all accounted for, and for the price we had agreed upon (which was much much cheaper than others I had been quoted).”

“I had a great experience with Reads. Not my first time using them; worked with Reads on corporate moves a few times, and they moved my home now twice. First, their estimate was spot on. It is amazing to me that they are able to eyeball your “stuff” and know how much you have. Charges are by weight and distance.The moving team assigned to my home (Randy and Anthony) were undoubtedly their A-Team. It is amazing how much experience the team at Reads has, and it is my hope that they all feel a sense of pride in this.Randy and Anthony showed up on Monday to pack me nice and early. They both had a great sense of humor, and lifted, moved, and carefully wrapped and packed items so quickly, I felt like I had a 4 or 5 man crew. They must go through shoes at an incredible rate. The truck was packed so expertly, that I do not think a mouse could have even fit in the truck along with the cargo. Whatever they are making, I can tell you they deserve a raise; having people that hustle like they do, can think quickly on their feet, and who show such enthusiasm on the job is a rare thing indeed.On Tuesday, they were joined by Billy, and to have well over half a century of moving experience -- between Randy and Billy alone, really showed.Not only did they all go above and beyond in every way, the move took half the time that I expected. With three people, unloading went like a flash, and all three of the gentlemen were kind, patient, and even relocated a few things that we couldn't decide on. They helped to unwrap and reassemble the furniture too. I am impressed in every way, and cannot imagine more capable people exist anywhere.I even learned a new way to carry boxes behind me thanks to some coaching by Billy. I know he is "moving on" from Reads (couldn't resist the pun), but will think of him every time I move a box behind my back now. -- It is surprisingly convenient!Thank you to Reads. “I had an excellent experience using TNC Self Storage for my Penske truck rental. Austin was extremely helpful on the phone making the reservation, even giving me a AAA discount that I didn't know was available. The truck was not on-site at the time I called, but they had one transferred from another location and on-site at time of pickup as arranged. Much better than U-Haul or Budget! Signing the papers and getting out the door was easy and fast, and after-hours return was very convenient. I will absolutely use TNC and Penske again for a rental truck.”

Jay, James, Colin and Lee worked efficiently and cheerfully under these challenging conditions. All our possessions arrived intact and undamaged. Our belongings were well cared for.nNOTHING broke and we have a LOT of glass collectibles2. The estimate accurately captured the services we needed. The estimate was about $400 more than the services provided. So we paid less than the estimate.3. The staff were carful and gentle. Shout out to Tyrone who helped us pack.
