The staff is excellent, very kind, and provides quick responses if you have an issue. There is a full-time real person to talk to on the phone. It is easy to book and very affordable. The process is easy and does not require waiting for business hours. However, they should have an emergency number for after-hours problems, like with a key pad. Overall, they take excellent care of customers and the property, making it a recommended and safe place to store important things.
