“Have been using this place for years and Don in the front office has always gone out of his way to make sure all went well with it. I was out of state for the past 3 years and he was so understanding of challenges I was having getting a payment to him. I highly recommend Prospect Storage.”
“This facility is the best facility I have ever rented space. It was always clean, staffed, stocked with trucks and trailers and available for questions. Kiddos to the management here for a very well run facility.”

“Price was a little high but location and proximity to my current and future residence was a plus. There was a period of almost a week when the entry gate was broken and I wasn't able to access my unit. Never actually talked to the local manager. Was only ever able to reach the main customer service line.”
“Initially had some issues but they were quickly resolved. Areas are clean and surrounding area is kept trimmed. Wish they offered a senior or first responder discount on monthly rentals.”
“It was my first time dealing with U-Haul. Definitely would be coming back if I ever need a truck again! Very clean inside and no problems with my rental. The front desk lady was very nice and walked me through the process very professionally.”
