The Maintenance staff, Ernie & Ozzie are awesome and "on point" to do their best to provide prompt service in meeting the tenants needs in a professional courteous & friendly manner. “We loved our time at our Shady Oak apartment and highly recommend! The staff was great with communication and answering our questions. Maintenance was quick to respond to items when needed. We were highly impressed by the upkeep of the grass, mulch, etc. In the winter time, sidewalks were cleared and salted in a timely manner. Thank you for providing a wonderful place to live!”
“Front office staff is awesome! Tina is very friendly and efficient and made our move in very easy. This complex is both family friendly, quiet, and well maintained. Our home is very spacious, with a great size patio, just enough space for our 3 kids. I would absolutely recommend Rivermoor to anyone in need of a great apartment with an even greater staff!:)”

“Now that we have a new manager Saint Pete is a better place to live. She walked into a mess, and she is doing her best to be fair to all residents and make this a better place to live. Our builing is clean, if we could get rid of the smoke and pot smell in the building that would be nice. Nicole has her hands full it will take time but she is doing a good job so far.”
