“I recently moved into Florin Hills and so far I’ve had a really good experience. During my move, my couch ended up not fitting through the doorway and unfortunately scratched and dented the walls pretty badly at the bottom of the steps.
I called the office and spoke with Diana to see if I could just pay to have it fixed. She was super helpful and told me to put in a work order. Maintenance came out, filled in the holes, sanded everything down, and repainted the whole bottom area of the steps. They did a great job and you honestly can’t even tell what happened now.
So far, I’m really happy with my experience at Florin Hills and appreciate how helpful and responsive everyone has been!”

“Planning to Move Here Soon: First Impressions, Clean, Exceptionally Professional Management, Well Mantained. Lovely Peaceful Grounds and Location, Public Transit at the door Lots of Amenitys. Culture: Senior and Disabled Living along with all of the normal ups and downs of the over 62 crowd. Most of the Residents seem very friendly and eager to accept you as a new neighbor.”
“Now that we have a new manager Saint Pete is a better place to live. She walked into a mess, and she is doing her best to be fair to all residents and make this a better place to live. Our builing is clean, if we could get rid of the smoke and pot smell in the building that would be nice. Nicole has her hands full it will take time but she is doing a good job so far.”

“This is hands down the best house I’ve ever lived in. Never seen floor plans like this one anywhere. Also, it lies in Mount Joy which is one the safest places in all of Pennsylvania. Maintenance and staff are always at service anytime you’re in need. I would live here any day again given the opportunity of getting a job closer to it. Overall, excellent experience. Thank you for making it so joyful throughout!!”
