“Great experience at this location. We had a local bank that deposited my husband's work checks directly for many many years. We stayed with them thru many buy outs and name changes. But customer service no longer existed there, prompty a bank change. M and T has certainly gone above and beyond in customer service. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. I needed a special account to close my mother’s probated will items and they set it up and guided me thru it. On line aspect is user friendly and mac offers choice of bills received. Great location of this bank. Highly recommend.”

“Been with this bank since it was M&T and have had many positive transactions and they even caught 3 different transactions that weren't mine before processing them and even contacted myself before they put them through! Yes I miss M&T's hours they had back then /Sat &Sun but not a big deal. Won't go anywhere else! Keep up the good work. Manager even helped me get my credit back on track and now in the high 700's again. Thank you. Bigger banks are a hassle not this location.”

“I'm 14 and recently got a job and obtained my first paycheck, my dad took me to JBT and opened me an account. Luckily I got a lot of benefits like a free card for the first time opening an account, a free gift (Camping chair or a pan ?), and a bunch of other free benefits that I was kinda too bored to listen to. It was super simple and they were really helpful. Although I do wonder why you have to verify your social security number to activate your card. Either way I'm super satisfied with this companies services, and would definitely reccomend this to my friends at school.”
